Given the quality of our Nautilus, and the fact that it has very low mileage, after much deliberation we decided to purchase it. The staff, especially Jay Reis and Robert Sorenson were extremely helpful, and Robert especially supported/led us throughout the process. Clearly for us we made the right choice, and plan on returning to this dealership when ready for our next new vehicle. More

I called two days before my appointment to confirm that the dealership had the piece needed to fix my car’s recall. Over the phone, the auto parts section of the dealership confirmed that they did have the the dealership had the piece needed to fix my car’s recall. Over the phone, the auto parts section of the dealership confirmed that they did have the part. Then, I go to my appointment at 8:00am and am told at 10:30am that the dealership does not have the piece and that they need to order it. My appointment was on Monday and it is Thursday; they still have not called about the piece and rescheduling my appointment. Additionally, I do not understand how it took them 2 ½ hours to determine that they did not have the piece — time that I spent sitting in the dealership. I will be getting my car serviced at a different location moving forward. More
