Worst dealership in Minnesota. I bought a vehicle online because they told me it was in immaculate condition with no issues. I paid $60,000 for the vehicle plus the delivery fees a I bought a vehicle online because they told me it was in immaculate condition with no issues. I paid $60,000 for the vehicle plus the delivery fees and they had it delivered to me in ND. The driver was 4 hours late, and he delivered it to the wrong town. He was 2 hours away from the town I paid to have it delivered to. Once I finally got to the vehicle it had a check engine light on, broken LED light, barely enough fuel to get to a gas station, and the speedometer and instrument cluster was malfunctioning. The delivery driver took off and left me with the vehicle. I drove it 50 miles and it went into limp-mode and would no longer start. I contacted Bloomington Lincoln and they had the xxx towed to my local Ford dealer on 12/23/22 and it is still there. I received no apology, no refund for the delivery, no nothing-'and I have had to rent a car so that I could go to work. They didn't even offer to pay for my rental fees. What kind of legitimate business sells someone a car for $60,000 and lies about its condition? Then doesn't even have the decency to make things right. Biggest xxx dealership ever and the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I will never do business with Bloomington Lincoln again and I would not recommend them to anybody. More

New car STOLEN while @Bloomingtonlincolndealer was working on it. We bought car from THIS dealership, had it for a few days when we discovered they missed something. Took it back for them to fix. It took 3 days for them to contact us that our car was STOLEN off their lot, on a Monday afternoon, DURING store hours. Our insurance covered the loan, however, this DEALERSHIP KETP our down payment. Lesson learned, never put $$$$ down for a new car. If they want to right a wrong, they know what they need to do. I'll update review if that ever happens. 🤣 It's been 6 months. More

My initial contact was a phone call with Thomas. Kolleen met me on my first visit. she told me that they had just sold the car that I had indicated interest in online. Had a bad experience. They were selling me a jeep that had a Rubicon sticker, but it wasn't a Rubicon. It was the unlimited sport. Shawn Jacobs was insisting that it was even though I told him that I had had a Rubicon sticker, but it wasn't a Rubicon. It was the unlimited sport. Shawn Jacobs was insisting that it was even though I told him that I had run the vin number and it was not a Rubicon. Then when he found out that I was right he was rude and told me I should just go buy a jeep somewhere else. At the end we made it work and I ended up buying the jeep but more surprises came up when I got home. The car had a check engine light on the pictures when they put it for sale. I was told that that issue was taken care of but as soon as I got home the check engine lihht was back on. Shawn told me the vehicle passed the 11 point inspection but the car has several problems. I recognize that I should have listened to my gut and I take responsibility for it. I just want to prevent more people from making the same mistake. More
