Tried to patch the tire and was told 3 of the 4 tires were in need of replacement immediately as the tread was 2/32. The 4th tire? Brand new. They only replaced one of the 4 tires on a AWD vehicle, a big no-no. Also, less than a 4th tank of gas when purchased windshield wiper had broke and scratched the windshield, so that will have to be replaced windshield washer fluid line was broken Splash guard was damaged causing loud screeching noise Will never go back and they will not work with me. I guess a typical used car dealer...slimy More

Pushy, lied about warranty, paperwork, did not check the car keys, sent us home with an empty tank of gas. Unwilling to fix a part that is broken, did not clean car like promised. Horrible experience, pom car keys, sent us home with an empty tank of gas. Unwilling to fix a part that is broken, did not clean car like promised.
