The latest recall notice for my 2019 MKC Lincoln states that if I want pickup and delivery service to take advantage of this service yet, when I asked for this service this dealer wanted to keep my vehicle that if I want pickup and delivery service to take advantage of this service yet, when I asked for this service this dealer wanted to keep my vehicle for two or three days and wanted to charge me $100. First they sold me a 2007 Mercury Mariner Hybrid with a bad hybrid battery. It died within two weeks of ownership. Of course they claimed it was an "as is" sale. But I demanded they take it back or I would make sure that every teacher in the Broward School district knew what they did to me. They agreed to buy it back provided that I purchase another vehicle from them. I was in a pinch now since I had no vehicle at all so I agreed. They sold me a 2015 Ford Explorer, the only vehicle that fit my needs (I do event DJ services on the weekends). They had to put in a new transmission. I knew that and agree. But everything else they said was rigorously checked. Well, not true. Within two weeks I needed a new battery. Then it hard shifted so I took it back under the new transmission warranty. They said it wasn't the transmission. It was the engine mounts and they wanted $2500. Again, I told them this is ridiculous and they agree to do the work for $800. THEN, 3 months later the engine light went on. It was the turbo. I felt that the car had no pick up but didn't know why and assumed that it was just a trait of the Explorer. Wrong. I went to a reputable mechanic and it cost me $2700 PLUS they said the front brakes were bad...another $300. So I haven't even owned this vehicle for 6 months and I've dropped $3800 into the car. This after they supposedly inspected it and determined it to be worthy for resale. These guys are rip off artists and I would NEVER do business with them again nor advise anyone else to. More

I paid 1,450 and the shipping fee was only 900. I was told I would recieve the balance and it has still not been sent after multiple calls and emails. If they make it right I will update this review. If you are business or out of state customer and need to have your plates and proof of ownership on time - RUN OUT of this poor place! We bought 100K vehicle here months ago for the business and clearly exp have your plates and proof of ownership on time - RUN OUT of this poor place! We bought 100K vehicle here months ago for the business and clearly explained that we need hard plates and title to use vehicle for our business, were told 2 weeks, maximum 3 weeks. They took from us all possible fees including local - which they should not! It's third month already we have nothing! Navigator parked at the fence. we can't use it according to our policies w/o proper registration and dealer keeps doing nothing about! They hadn't let us to take care of registration ourselves (may do it locally for 48 hours!). They haven't provided our local tag agency with paperwork. Impossible to reach anyone who is understanding what is going on in the dealership. Title clerk absolutely unprofessional, manager is lier and sales guy, of course, already blocked all our phone numbers. Lincoln headquarter couldn't help us it hadn't been finaced thru them, only promised to reach the dealer. We made a claim with FL DMV agency and planned to go to Attorney General to request reimbursement for all losses we are experiencing and will try to return this crappy Navigator which haven't been driven even 10 miles for 3 months bcs of this dealer. So waste of time and money. Total regrets. Never do bussiness with liers and unprofessionals. They only want to take care of themselves. Nonsense More
