I drove 2 hours from upstate new York and had to wait two and half hours to get the paper work done. The guy who work with me from sales was so rude to me. I have provided all the documents before I reach y and half hours to get the paper work done. The guy who work with me from sales was so rude to me. Arriving, I had no real inclination to make my transaction at Paramus Lincoln as I have a "Z" plan (Ford retiree pricing) and I had several Ford Fusions configured and priced. I figured I'd check out the Lincoln dealer on a whim, knowing they would not be selling the MKZ anymore after 2019. I took a test drive, liked the vehicle and got a fair price on it. I picked it up the next day and have been happy with it and learning all the nuances between the MKZ and the similar platform Ford Fusion. More
