Great service I recently leased a 2017 mkc, which I'm completely in love with. I walked in to the dealership and automatically was approached by Mark Nikprelaj, who I recently leased a 2017 mkc, which I'm completely in love with. I walked in to the dealership and automatically was approached by Mark Nikprelaj, who by the way was an amazing sales person. He made sure that I did not leave unsatisfied, also making sure that I was completely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. I highly recommend going here if you are interested in leasing a Lincoln you will not go wrong, just ask for Mark he will make sure you are happy. More
Great Service Experience, Unfortunate Sales Experience Let me start by saying my current lease is a 2014 MKZ purchased through Lincoln of Troy and had a great experience with the sales staff at that time. Unfortunately, this last visit has me second guessing if I should go through them anymore. Yesterday, I had to take my car in for an oil change and was greeted by a very helpful and friendly service rep named Dave. He was great throughout my entire visit. My 2 star review is for their sales department, the service department and more specifically Dave were terrific. While waiting for my car to be serviced I figured I'd talk to someone about an MKX as I plan to be getting another vehicle in the next 2-3 months and the MKX was near the top of the list. I was amazed when after about 25-30 minutes of looking, getting in and taking pictures of the car in the showroom that not one sales associate approached me about the vehicle. I was hoping to discuss general pricing and perhaps test drive a couple different powertrain options to narrow down the vehicle I would like, but not one word. Now some associates were busy with customers who may have made an appointment and I can totally respect that, but I also saw a few sales associates alone at their desk and who would look my way yet not approach me about my interest. After about 25 minutes I decided to return to the lounge and wait for my vehicle, but after getting a little bored I decided to give the sales team one more chance to approach me, so I walked out to the showroom a 2nd time and again was spending a considerable amount of time looking at the 2 MKX's in the showroom, but to no avail...I still only received a couple of glances from a couple sales associates at their desk but no one approached me. I am not sure if they thought I was a less than ideal potential customer due to my relatively younger age (I am 31) but regardless, I was a current customer looking to be a repeat customer and was truly let down by their clear lack of taking me seriously as a customer. I should also note that the salesman I dealt with on my first visit (Shawn) no longer works there, otherwise I would've went directly to him (he was great). I figured this could be a great opportunity to meet a new sales associate but they clearly wanted nothing to do with me. More

Terrible Service!!!! I called last weekend 4/8/16 because my car wouldn't start. It had been acting funny for 2 days and because when I would walk up to my car instead of I called last weekend 4/8/16 because my car wouldn't start. It had been acting funny for 2 days and because when I would walk up to my car instead of it unlocking it would just try to lock or unlock constantly, so eventually the battery died. When I called at 4pm on a Friday they made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them. They did not want to bring me a loner car at all. I wasn't sure if jumping the car was going to fix the problem or not. They never asked what was best for me but tried to figure out what was best for the dealership. They huffed about having to stay past 6 if it took their road side longer to get out there than they said it would. Called me at 5:50 pm to make sure I was coming because they didn't want to stay if I wasn't even though I didn't have a choice since I didn't have a car if I didn't. Long story short I brought them my car instead of them coming to me because it was inconvenient for them to do so Friday or Saturday. They did everything in their power to make it as easy on them and never asked me what was best for me. Continuously told me about staffing shortages and why they couldn't do what was best for me. I 100% believe it starts from the top and works its way down and the Sales Manager, Gabe, lied to me, he said "my guy offered you a ride into the dealership." Which was a blatant lie! Apparently I was supposed to have empathy for them instead of them taking care of the car that I pay $480/ month for that has broken twice in the 1 year I have had it. To top all of this off when I get the car back it is doing the same thing it was before the battery died, I called at the beginning of the week and because I travel for work I wasn't able to set anything up. I called again on Friday 4/15/16 and was told I would get a call back within one hour and here it is Monday and I haven't heard. More

But wanted to offer 9000.00 for my 2011 mks w/50500 miles. Then he decide he would look at blue book value and say we will give you 12500.00. I told him i was offered 14400 at hyundai. He told me i should take it. I said thank you and left. My supervisor came on her lunch previously to buy a mkx an she said it was snowing and noone came out to greet her, but they looked out the window. One pasted her and said hi outside. I am in a customer service industry. I am truly disappoint. Went to Hyundai dealer total different experience. You lose a lincoln customer and a sale More

Our salesperson, Elie Malouf was excellent- very kind and we were able to look at the two different models, MkX and MkC. Ended up getting the MkC and making a deal that day. He made the experience wonderful! Will be back to work with him for the next car! Sheila was also wonderful and very kind when we were signing the paperwork. The man who showed us the car was also great. I feel like everyone here is very nice and treats us well. More

I could not have been treated nicer from the nice woman who greets you at the door all the way through the whole buying experience. Jerry was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I was very familiar with my new car. He was patient and spent the time helping me to understand how everything worked. He followed up with a phone call and even scheduled a second visit in case I had any questions. I would definitely recommend Lincoln of Troy. More
