"Very poor service!"

Went in for a very simple recall and came out screwed. Very rude and arrogant. After my issue they stated they would change their policy but it doesn't do me any good. This was the first and last time I will ever go to them for anything.

"Horrible customer service"

Very rude staff especially the manager Travis. He was extremely rude and told my sister and brother in law to go to pueblo next time for their service after they showed him a picture to prove that something was taken out of their car. (They have had this issue before so they always take a picture before dropping off their vehicle.) the manager also tried to shove a twenty in my sisters face to get her to drop the issue. Will never ever go to this place or recommend it to anyone EVER!!!!!!!

"Serivce Department needs HELP"

First I want to say I have bought two vehicles from Lindner this past year. Sales personnel were OK. Now for the service department. I made an appointment, which I thought meant that I had an appointment, thus the meaning of appointment. It takes me 45 min one way to get there. The appointment was for a recall notice and I was going have them do a oil change. Once there there were two service reps, neither one would even look at me. Finally after I used the restroom, one of the reps, still eating his Subway finally decided he would help. After getting all the information and paperwork done, he let me know that it was going to take up to 2.5 hrs for the recall (only reprograming the ECM) and at least another hour for the oil change. Total 3.5 hours, I explained that when I made the appointment I was told that it would take less then one hour total. Now 3.5 hours plus 1.5 hours drive time, they had no intent to get me in and out on time. But eating his Subway was not going to be interrupted. (By the way everyones paper work was now covered in Subway leftovers). All I can say is they got me to buy, but I will never go back. We have a dealer a lot closer and is not some small time dealer. I only wanted to have my vehicle taken care of on time and done professionally, they fail at both. Stay away from LindnerChevrolet!

"Lindner Chevrolet in Canon City is the worst!"

Lindner Chevrolet in Canon City CO is truly the worst repairs and customer service I have ever received in my life!!! My vehicle went in for repairs that were not done right and then my vehicle came out with even more new damage! When I brought it to the managers (Eric Hysell) and owners (Steve Lindner) attention they were rude and actually tried to blame it on me the customer. I had to file an insurance claim with my personal insurance for the damages Lindner Chevrolet caused to my vehicle. The damages are in the thousands of dollars by the way. I'm filing a report with the Better Business Bureau too. Do not go to Lindner Chevrolet!! Read all the reviews you can find on them. I was told by Eric Hysell that they are not responsible for damages to your vehicle and that they have a sign on the back chain link fence (where customers will never see the sign) that says they're not responsible for damages and that they have won plenty of lawsuits because they have that sign posted. That says a lot about Lindner Chevrolet! I could not believe how smug the manager Eric Hysell was when he told me about that sign and bragged that they had won plenty of lawsuits for damages to customers vehicles. I was absolutely stunned and sickened! Lindner has obviously damaged other vehicles if they have a sign and have been sued. What happened to doing the job right and taking care of your customers? Seriously beware of Lindner Chevrolet and heed this review warning! I don't want another person to have to go through what I had to go through with Lindner Chevrolet. Lindner had my vehicle for almost 3 full weeks and didn't do the repairs correctly and caused extensive damage to my vehicle. And now after filing an insurance claim (because Lindner Chevrolet would not stand behind their terrible work or the damages they caused) my vehicle is in another shop to get repaired the right way and to repair the damages Lindner caused and I am without a vehicle again. Do not use Lindner Chevrolet!!!!!
