First I want to say I have bought two vehicles from Lindner this past year. Sales personnel were OK.
Now for the service department. I made an appointment, which I thought meant that I had an appointment, thus the meaning of appointment. It takes me 45 min one way to get there. The appointment was for a recall notice and I was going have them do a oil change. Once there there were two service reps, neither one would even look at me. Finally after I used the restroom, one of the reps, still eating his Subway finally decided he would help. After getting all the information and paperwork done, he let me know that it was going to take up to 2.5 hrs for the recall (only reprograming the ECM) and at least another hour for the oil change. Total 3.5 hours, I explained that when I made the appointment I was told that it would take less then one hour total. Now 3.5 hours plus 1.5 hours drive time, they had no intent to get me in and out on time. But eating his Subway was not going to be interrupted. (By the way everyones paper work was now covered in Subway leftovers).
All I can say is they got me to buy, but I will never go back. We have a dealer a lot closer and is not some small time dealer. I only wanted to have my vehicle taken care of on time and done professionally, they fail at both.
