Great till AFTER the sale. I've always expected more from Cadillac dealerships. They sell quality vehicles and should be the same type of dealership. I thought Cadillac dealer I've always expected more from Cadillac dealerships. They sell quality vehicles and should be the same type of dealership. I thought Cadillac dealerships were better than the usual dealerships in all ways. Purchased a used 2013 Escalade ESV in February 2016 from Lindsay in Alexandria,VA.. Everything was fine except when I got home I realized that the headphones and owners manual were missing. Should of checked before leaving but then again the dealership should of made sure they were there before it was put up for sale. No big deal , just call the dealership and get them. Called the next Monday and was told they had headphones and would send them out (got them in a few days). The owners manual had to be ordered. Fast forward about two months after many emails asking when I'd get the manual and being told they "I'll check on that" or "it's on its way" I finally called a manager. He got me a manual from a 2014 vehicle in a few days but his attitude was one of "really huh, well the sales over and I need to move on". I would of expected " I'm sorry for this issue let me help you". When I explained how long this has taken it was met with...........no response. They were still getting me a correct manual for my 2013 but that took about another month after more emails and told it was going out at least two times when it didn't. Finally got correct year manual 3 months after the sale. The vehicle is great but after sale service kills future sales for me at this dealership. BTW I not one of these thin skinned customers who expect everything, been in sales for over 30 years. It's a simple process take care of the customer B4 and after the sale and they come back and tell their friends. More

Came from New Jersey, went home happy I came from NJ for a CTS Wagon that I had never seen in person. I was driving a trade that Lindsay had never seen. Dan Doherty and I trusted each ot I came from NJ for a CTS Wagon that I had never seen in person. I was driving a trade that Lindsay had never seen. Dan Doherty and I trusted each other's honesty about our respective cars. When I arrived and saw the car being offered, I was delighted. Dan was happy with the excellent condition of my trade. Lindsay was very good on the offer for the trade. I was very satisfied with the whole deal. Dan went out of his way to make sure I was served in a top-notch way and I appreciated it greatly. Everything was explained in detail. Dan even registered me with ON STAR on his own computer so I wouldn't have to drive back to Jersey without it. The four hour ride back home was a pleasure. What a sweet chariot it is. Upon arriving back home, my wife (to be her car) was just tickled pink over it. A real beauty (the wife and the car). I would deal with Lindsay again any time. My husband started buying cars from Danny in the 1990's and we go to Danny first for all of our car buying needs! Recently our daughter was in need of a new car on short notice. We searched the Lindsay website first and called Danny to help with our search. Danny called us back on his day off (within 1 hour of our call) and immediately started the process. When we arrived on Saturday to complete the process with our daughter, we ended up staying all day and replacing all of the cars in our family -- daughter, husband and me!! 3 transactions in one day!! Danny is the cream of the crop -- knowledgeable, attentive, a great listener and a bulldog when working to find the perfect vehicle for our needs. He couldn't do it without the great team at Lindsay!! Peggy answered our questions online, Daniel took care of our financial transaction, Mike helped us in the service department -- and I know there are a host of people behind the scenes to get vehicles ready to drive home!! We cannot say enough about the excellence of the experience. We will not buy a car from anyone else. This makes 9 cars purchased or leased from Danny - and 3 in one day. We have purchased both new and used cars, and we have leased. Danny really focuses on the best solution for our current need.
