Rick guided us through the purchase and was always there to ensure every detail was addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. Both my fiancee & I are very detail oriented (and selective) so that was no small feat. Our most recent purchase was a Cadillac SRX (SUV) and I highly recommend them. I went to the Cadillac dealership on June 20, 2015 thinking I was just going to check out the inventory, but before I knew what happened I was trading I went to the Cadillac dealership on June 20, 2015 thinking I was just going to check out the inventory, but before I knew what happened I was trading in my 2008 corvette z51 for a low mile 2014 cts-v. The customer service that Josh Levy provided exceeded my expectations. It was obvious that he knew a lot about the cts-v as I tried over and over to stomp him, but he had a good answer for every question. You know how it is when you like a car but can't let the salesperson know, right. I've always believed the best salespersons are the ones that know what they're selling. Josh proved to be that type of person. The finance guy, Daniel, was also a delight to work with. He made the transaction almost painless (a $50K plus transaction is seldom absent a little pain).
