awesome staff where can I start after bringing my 2005 Cadillac xxx in for service to donna because of my engine light on two days later I receive a call stating my where can I start after bringing my 2005 Cadillac xxx in for service to donna because of my engine light on two days later I receive a call stating my vehicle was ready after waiting a few moments for my vehicle an advisor told me my vehicle was just damaged in the dealership parklot, first I was a little distraught after hearing it because I didn't expect anything like that I had 3 Cadillacs previously in my lifetime and always come out here for sevice.The guy was so friendly he placed me in a Lindsay loaner vehicle told me my vehicle will be taken to the body shop and that i will receive a phone call after a few days it was told to me that my vehicle was a total loss I can admit, I was upset after that but then after that I received a phone call from the service manager the next day stating he will help me find a replacement vehicle after speaking with my salesman that I was introduced to Richard he was so helpful in help finding me a car with no hassle or any pressure went over every detail on with the options I was looking for , showed me a few vehicles after pointing out the third vehicle that I just fell in love with,a 2009 cts, I can go on and on, but I just want to give a shout out to him and all the staff that was willing to help me out I definitely will recommend this dealership to all of my Cadillac owner friends More

First Class Dealership I cant say enough about these guys. Josh Levy went above and beyond for me and made my buying experience great. Kim Mosley went all the way through the financing part of the transaction and then received a late email from a bank with a little lower rate. Instead of ignoring it and being lazy, he completely started over without me asking him too just to save me some money. Last but not least, as I was leaving the Dealership, I noticed my vehicle only came with one key and remote. I think Josh realized my disappointment and went inside to talk with sales manager Chris Eader. Chris told me to order one from a local dealer where I lived and he would reimburse me. I did just that and sent Chris a copy of the receipt and received an reimbursement check a few days later. My wife called me crazy for driving three hours to this dealership, however it ended up being a great decision. I would do it again in a second just to deal with these guys again. Richard was my salesman and he was such a nice, calm, and honestly sweet and not pushy sales guy. I had wanted to purchase a vehicle the week prior but unfortunately missed the sale by one day! Lindsay was able to get in practically exactly the same car a few days later, get it all cleaned up, and I was able to purchase late Friday night!( which I'm sure they didn't want to work that late on a Friday with sleet outside but they did and were very friendly. The financing was quick and easy and i got an excellent rate which kim processed for me. I would service my car there based on how well they handled the sale. Fantastic Buying Experience Purchased a 2014 Cadillac XTS AWD Platinum from Jossey B. at Lindsay after price shopping to 3 dealers. Other dealers stonewalled me and told me I'd Purchased a 2014 Cadillac XTS AWD Platinum from Jossey B. at Lindsay after price shopping to 3 dealers.
