A Great Experience I had been planning on buying a certified CTS for a few months and called Lindsay just to see if an advertised car was in inventory. The receptionist I had been planning on buying a certified CTS for a few months and called Lindsay just to see if an advertised car was in inventory. The receptionist connected me to Rick who advised me that the car was in stock and that he knew it. He gave me some preliminary information about the car and answered my questions without pushing me to come in so ""we could talk". He said he was available if I had any other questions. I made a couple of calls to other dealers and their sales staff did not appear to be very knowledgeable about their inventory, so I called Rick back and set up an appointment. When I got to the dealership Rick showed me the car and his description of the vehicle was spot on. We took a test drive and l explained that I was just looking and there was no change in his tone or demeanor, which I really appreciated. Later that night when I spoke to my wife about the experience she was impressed with his handling so we went back to look at the car and decided to buy it. Specifics about Rick are: he didn't try to sell me, he handled the minor issues I identified without blinking and more importantly he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. In short Rick was the consummate professional and represented Lindsay Cadillac and himself well. The entire experience was pain free and we plan to see Rick for our next purchase. More

Nowadays, we just like to walk into a dealer, tell someone what we want, at the price we can afford, and to have them present us with the product we requested. And that is exactly how it happened at Lindsay's. Juan Rodriguez and Daniel Kuykendall were absolutely amazing in their professionalism and customer relations in our search for the CTS model we desired. We felt totally at ease among friends (and not like negotiating adversaries). Mr. Rodriguez was very knowledgeable of the CTS line and the various prices associated with the different optional packages. He was equally educated about the performance of each package. It was delightful to deal with him. And just as amazing, when it came down to having to sit with the Financial Manager, Mr. Kuykendall was the friendliest and most refined Financial Manager we have ever met. There was no hidden agenda, no hidden costs, nor anything that would create a show stopper. He was very frank about what we aught to have for a little more peace of mind without any pressure selling.
