After Internet inquiries while out of town, Tom O'Neil was able to line up vehicles for us to see and drive when we returned home. While on vacation in Hampton, VA we lost our 2007 SRX to a tornado. Really! So we got a rental and continued our vacation. In looking around I found that Lindsay had TWO 2008 SRX models that we were interes a tornado. Really! So we got a rental and continued our vacation. In looking around I found that Lindsay had TWO 2008 SRX models that we were interested in. Tom and I talked a time or two and even on his day off his manager, Tony, called me and we worked through the details. A long story short is that 10 days after our car was destroyed, we bought one form Lindsay and drove it home to Delaware. Not only did they give us the price we wanted to pay, they did several things we asked to to do to the car. It required we spend the night at our son's house near by and go home the next day, but we were going to do that anyway. They also let me sign a promissory note for the down payment while I was awaiting the settlement from the insurance company. And then gave me an extension when the insurance company was late making the promised payment. These people and this dealer was so easy to work with I would happily return again. More

Additionally, Teddy went so far to communicate with us via email and phone when he was off duty and on his days off to help us reach a fantastic deal. Furthermore, the finance department obtained an interest rate that was far lower than we were expecting in new auto loan market following our own research! This was the icing on the cake!
