DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! In December 2017, I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Cruze. My boyfriend accompanied me to purchase the vehicle and mentioned that he leases a Chevy Cruze. In December 2017, I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Cruze. My boyfriend accompanied me to purchase the vehicle and mentioned that he leases a Chevy Cruze. I worked with Jose Belliard. He told me that there was a rebate applicable to my purchase as another person in the household own/leases a Chevy vehicle. My boyfriend presented his ID and vehicle registration. After giving me a final price, he then brought his manager, Mike Milligan over, and told me that because the address on the registration was out of state, he could not apply the rebate. Outraged at the poor knowledge and professionalism, I left and planned to go to another dealership. I also contacted the executive manager. Coincidentally after that call, Mr. Belliard called me back wanting to work with me. He offered me the original price and my boyfriend provided the information required for the rebate. So everything was rectified and I do love my new car. Now in March, I have been getting numerous phone calls and texts from the sales dept. stating they do not have the copy of my boyfriend's registration and would like me to forward the information. I explained that I have a busy schedule and would try. But no, that wasn't good enough and I have been hounded. The staff are not knowledgeable, unorganized, and many sales employees were just sitting around and talking amongst each other. Oh, and apparently Mr. Belliard no longer works there, go figure. More
