Honest Review I had recieved a pre approval in the mail, so i decided to come and see what they were talking about. I called in first and inquired about what i need I had recieved a pre approval in the mail, so i decided to come and see what they were talking about. I called in first and inquired about what i needed to do. I asked for them not to record my telephone number, as I did not want any follow up phone calls and if i was still I interested i would come in. I decided to go in and look around. When i entered i asked for the sales manager i spoke to on the phone and low and behold he wrote down my name and number even after i asked him not to. He then passed me off to one of his salesman to work with. I inquired about my approval amount before i went to go look at vehicles, of course they couldn’t tell me that. NOOOO, i had to pick out a vehicle first and then they would tell me if i was approved or not. I then specifically told them not to run my credit through any other lenders beside the one I got the preapproval through. They did not listen . They ran my credit through 6 other lenders without my approval. When asked about this the finance manager informed me that he was not the one i spoke to so he could not do anything about it. Actually his exact response was, “What do you want me to do about it?” The salesman tried to appease me by saying they were trying to find a better deal for me. Of course they couldn’t find a better deal for me than the one who had already pre approved me. So in essence they ran my credit through the other lenders for no reason even after i asked them not. Ok so moving on. At first i was told I could only look at new cars, as that was apart of the promotion. My pre-approval was for new cars only they said. But guess what. I ended up buying a used 2016 Chevy Malibu. As i am looking for vehicles I was told that they come with 2 vehicles. However, when the salesman decided to show me a used vehicle he never told me it only comes with one key. As you can imagine those key fobs cost upward of $250. At first he told me that since they were the only owners they should have it in the back, In service, which is closed so he could not verify that. He then told me if they didn’t not to worry he would take care of it. At first he wasn’t going to uphold his end of the bargain, however, the used car manager stepped in and took care of it. So they did provide me with a second key (although it has not been programmed, I guess i will have to pay for that). So as i am purchasing the car, i am asking questions about the warranty and what it covered. Of course no one could tell me that, as service was closed on Sunday’s. All I was told was that it was a certified pre-owned limited warranty for 6 years or 100,000 miles which ever came first. Ok no biggie. Figure it would be the same warranty for any new car. So next of course they want to upsale additional warranties. So I bought the bumper to bumper warranty, cause it was explained that it covered everything bumper to bumper. Pretty much everything that the limited warranty did not cover. With a name like bumper to bumper you would think it covers everything right. So i purchased it. Since service was not open i had to come back and get all the warranty paperwork and such. Ok no problem i get it. So i buy the vehicle and the warranty. I come back the next day to get all the paperwork about the warranty and guess what, the bumper to bumper warranty has restrictions. It does not cover everything like i was told. NO one can still tell me what each warranty covers and doesn’t cover, as i guess they dont have paperwork for that. All in all, i got just what i expected out of a car dealership. As i have worked in the car business in the past and know just how they operate. I told them that i preferred honesty versus lies. If you cant do something just say so. Be specific about what each warranty covers. Be able to answer all questions and if service is closed you still should be able to provide basic information. Overall i am happy with the vehicle that i purchased as it runs great. Can’t say the same about the process. But it is what is it. More

We conducted the initial transaction with Lyndsey and finalized the remaining paperwork with Nathan. The entire process was seamless. My wife and I had dealt with Lyndsey on two prior purchases, thus the reason for the return visit. She is a "Total Professional" and has an excellent demeanor which is totally customer service focused... I would recommend that potential buyers seek her out when visiting this dealership regarding an auto purchase. More

False Promises A credit score of 700 I was told by Alfonso and Joe Szymczak needed a co-signer and 10K down to purchase/lease a 2018 Camaro. That’s pretty sad and A credit score of 700 I was told by Alfonso and Joe Szymczak needed a co-signer and 10K down to purchase/lease a 2018 Camaro. That’s pretty sad and pathetic that Lindsay is allowed to make such false claims. Went 2 another dealership ordered what I wanted and got the best rate from GM. Since I really can’t say what I want you just have to fill in the blanks. More
Incompetence, Lies, Bait and Switch - You Decide You should believe the other bad reviews. Don't waste your time being treated like you are dumb. Saw two certified vehicles on their website (two Cr You should believe the other bad reviews. Don't waste your time being treated like you are dumb. Saw two certified vehicles on their website (two Cruzes). Called the salesperson and he verified that they were both available. I made an appointment and showed up on time. Basically sat in the dealership while the salesman "looked for the keys" for 30 minutes. Car #1 was never shown to me because he couldn't find the keys and hence couldn't find the car (try to make sense of that excuse). He did show me car #2 but then explained it wasn't for sale because it was still in maintenance. I asked how it was still in maintenance if it was listed on the website as a certified Chevy and on the lot for sale. He then gave me some answer about the dealership putting too much money into the car and they couldn't sell it (I don't think his answer even made sense to him). He then tried to show me other "comparable" vehicles. I walked out and told him not to call me again. I called the dealership the next day and a different salesperson told me both cars were available. I then spoke with the sales manager who assured me both vehicles were for sale. Two days later I stopped by the dealership. Both vehicles were still for sale on the web. On this visit another sales person told me car #1 had been sold and car #2 was going to be wholesaled because it had maintenance issues. Wow - a certified Chevy that has to be wholesaled. I wonder how "certified" their vehicles are? I wonder if any of their vehicles listed for sale even exist?Pathetic. More
