let me start off by saying my salesman Vincent Cumberbatch, was an outstanding salesman. he deserves a big Kudos and a pat on the back for not telling Mr. Johnson off, I know I would have and want Cumberbatch, was an outstanding salesman. he deserves a big Kudos and a pat on the back for not telling Mr. Johnson off, I know I would have and wanted too. lets start with the Truck inspection.1st when looking at the truck the body shop employees were there taking pictures of the damage to the passenger side bed of the 2008 dodge Ram I purchased. they said they were supposed to fix the damage, because of this I kept looking at the truck. then I speak to Vincent about the price and test drove it and said that I would like the alignment checked, he said no problem. so we started the process and that's when it started going downhill. that is when Mr. Johnson came in the picture. Mr. Johnson had the worst customer relations I have ever seen and frankly he needs some HR classes before I would allow him on the sales floor, but instead he is in charge of sales. after wasting my whole day to where it is too late for me to go to another dealership he decides to finally start giving some hard numbers that I can agree too. so I say yes to the amounts agreed upon under the condition that the bedside gets fixed and the alignment gets done. he said no way he didn't even know there was any damage to the bedside. he then proceeds to yell at Vincent for not telling him about the damage to the bedside earlier, well me and Vincent looked at each other after he rudely walked away and I asked Vincent where Mr. Johnson was 8 hours ago when Vincent did in fact explain the damage and alignment to him. long story short I had to agree to take the truck as is and now I am stuck with over $2,000.00 in repairs. then to add insult to injury I didn't even get a full tank of gas with the purchase of the vehicle. That is the first time I have ever bought a vehicle from a dealership (new or used) that did not at least come with a full tank of gas. they did at least tell me that I get a free oil change, however it will be a cold day in xxxx before I return to this stealership again. and I will not tell one person to go there unless they just like getting screwed over and abused. like I said Vincent was outstanding. I drove over an hour to go to Lindsay because of the price of the vehicle I was looking for but left feeling like I never left home. I would like to give my warmest thanks to Keith Offenberg who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get the financing that fit my budget. I work full time and I'm a nursing student and was in a bind in the worst way possible. I feel like Keith truly understood my situation. I did not feel like I was treated as just another person taking a car off their lot nor did I feel like that is how they do business. Their employees seemed happy to be there and that alone speaks volumes. Thank you so much Keith for a wonderful experience and for your kind heart and helping hand. More

Going into my first car buying experience I did not know what to expect, but everyone at Lindsay Chevrolet made sure I enjoyed every second of it. I was greeted by a sales rep in a timely manner after arriving on the lot. I told her I was looking into pre-owned Camaros'. She quickly told me about Nathan, who she called their "Camaro expert". After meeting Nathan, he wanted to know everything that I was looking for in a car. After selecting the Camaro that caught my eye, we took the test drive. Nathan explained everything a buyer would need to know about the Camaro, from the inside-out to under the hood. He is definitely an expert on this car. I was impressed with the test drive, not just because of the drive, but I was pleasantly surprised I was not being pressured at all to buy the car. It did not feel like I was being sold something. Nathan was very personable; he allowed me to get a feel for the car, so that I could enjoy the drive and make sure I would be satisfied and happy if I were to purchase it. But, I was sold on this car. The negotiation process was a breeze, all due to the fact Nathan was persistent in making sure the numbers his managers came up with were in the range that I was expecting coming in and comfortable with paying. During the financing stage, Mohammad Moridzadeh and Keith Offenderg did a great job presenting all of the necessary documentation and numbers to me so I could fully understand the financial aspect buying a car. Mohammad took care of all the paper work between the dealership and my lender. I had a new car and my experience at Lindsay was great, but what is even better is the follow-up service I still receive, now 6 days after owning the car. Nathan made sure I was enjoying the car, notified me by email and phone of all of my upcoming upgrade and maintenance services, and reassured me that I can contact him at anytime with questions about my Camaro. My wife and I traveled over an hour on two ocassions to purchase a Chevrolet Silverado. The first time, the sales staff attempted to sell us the truck that was advertised at $28,000 for $38,000. Lindsay staff contacted me on Monday and offered to sell the same truck to us for $34,000 but refused to email us any type of worksheet setting out the deal in advance and repeatedly insisted the truck would be available up to and including on Wed evening. We confirmed via telephone and email that we would be there Wed evening to purchas the truck. After arriving Wed evening, James Gibson told us the truck was not available. As my wife and I attempted to leave the dealership, Mr. Gibson ended up following me into the parking lot, getting in my face, threatening me and wife, cursing us and then ordered me to "Get Off His F***** Lot!" WARNING DO NOT DEAL WITH LINDSAY CHEVROLET! They are unprofessional, disrespectful, and can not be trusted. More
