My Sales person Kelvin Mitchell is top notch and easy to work with. I have never had a problem here, I'm in the Marine Corps and we take our Chevrolet vehicles here for service all the time. When you get into the financing part of the purchase, my fianance associate was Mohammad Moridzadah and he makes the process quick and painless while still ensuring to give all the details with the transaction. Lindsay Chevrolet will continue to earn my business and will gladly recommend them to friends and family. More
I HAD AN ABSOLUTELY AWESOME EXPERIENCE... Well, before I HAD AN ABSOLUTELY AWESOME EXPERIENCE... Well, before I visited the dealership, I'd already search their inventory and decided what I wanted. I, I HAD AN ABSOLUTELY AWESOME EXPERIENCE... Well, before I visited the dealership, I'd already search their inventory and decided what I wanted. I, then, contacted the dealership to speak with a Salesman. My Salesman (Daniel Matteson) learned very fast that I was no non-sense buyer. Although he told me he'd take care of me, I was extremely skeptical...and I mean extremely. Much to my surprise, however, my Salesman didn't try to waste my time, hold me hostage, or play with my intelligence. I was very pleased!! The Finance Manager (Ms. Sabrina) I worked with had only been with the dealership a few days. Nevertheless, it was apparent she had a wealth of experience functioning as a Finance Manager. She had a sweet spirit and she was very patient...especially considering all of the paperwork we had to go through, in conjunction with the exorbitant amount of questions I had in the process. But, my blessed experience didn't stop there! Although I was gone with the wind enjoying my Chevy Tahoe LTZ, I received a call from the Finance Director (Keith Offenberg) about 2 days later. He said he was able to obtain better financing for me! I prayed this wasn’t a trick to take back my truck, and I high-tailed it to the dealership. After hearing and reviewing the details, it did turn out to be better financing…AND, my blessing was enhanced!! Thank you Lord for using Lindsay Chevrolet (Daniel Matteson, Keith Offenberg, and Ms. Sabrina) to continue bestowing Your blessings upon me! More
I bought a 2013 Equinox and 2013 Sonic from Lindsey. Buying a new car is usually a stressful experience for my spouse and myself. I would rate this as one of my better car buying experience. The sales r Buying a new car is usually a stressful experience for my spouse and myself. I would rate this as one of my better car buying experience. The sales representatives, Chris Coleman and Daniel Mattison, were informatived and personable throughout the sales process. Although he told us that he is relatively new to car sales, Daniel demonstrated knowledge of all features of the Equinox and Sonic while showing us all of the vehicles on the lot. He and Johnnan "JJ" Johnson (another top notch sales representative) worked with us and represented our offer to management. And even after we had negotiated what we thought was a fair price and value for our trade in, they wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. The finance manager, Mohammad, completed the paperwork and offered us a very low interest rate loan in a timely manner. Thanks to you all for providing a great, low-pressure buying experience. I will certainly buy my next vehicle from this dealership. More
Right from the start the salesman was pushy and rude. My wife and I went there to look at a specific vehicle we had seen on their website. So after driving a little over an hour to get there the salesman qu wife and I went there to look at a specific vehicle we had seen on their website. So after driving a little over an hour to get there the salesman quotes us a price that is $8,000 more than the website said it was. When we inquired as to why the website said one price and he was saying another he had simply replied that we did not qualify for that price. The real kicker to that is that he had never asked us if we had a trade in nor did he even check to see if we qualified for any of the rebates. Thank to this dealership my mothers day gift to my wife of a new car is not going to happen. I would not recommend this place to anyone. More

Jewel Kelly I also thank you for keeping me awake at 11pm and helpful and knowledgeable service and as a fellow New Yorker making me feel at home. Jewel Kelly I also thank you for keeping me awake at 11pm and seeing the process through with the great conversations and your overall help in finance, tags, vehicle coverage. And the rest of the Lindsay staff who help me turn a large negative equity into a more positive one. It was not really the vehicle that I wanted but at least I left in a new vehicle and understood the difficult situation in hand. Super job!!!!. Great overall experience!!! More
I absolutely loved my experience here. I would totally recommend all three of the people who helped me purchase my new car. My salesperson (James Gibson) was so genuine worked with me for 5 hours to try a recommend all three of the people who helped me purchase my new car. My salesperson (James Gibson) was so genuine worked with me for 5 hours to try and help me get the vehicle i wanted. Keith Offenberg was amazing not only did he get me where i wanted my payments he got me below the payment i wanted.I went from an 18.75 to a 5.4 annual percentage rate. Also being a new car when you first fill it up with gas the check engine light comes on i spoke with an Afton Cubbage she immediatly reassured me all was well and said to bring it up and they would take care of me. I would totally recommend Lindsay Chevrolet over any other dealership i have ever been to! More

My spouse and I were heading back from New England heading home to SC when our Envoy water pump died at a gas station and had to have it towed on Sunday. We all know it does not cost $901.75 to replac heading home to SC when our Envoy water pump died at a gas station and had to have it towed on Sunday. We all know it does not cost $901.75 to replace a water pump. We contacted several dealerships in VA, and Maryland as well as our repair place here in SC and they all told us how much the price of the pump would be to also include Labour, and amount of hours if they are an experience mechanic to work on and coolant. It was all $454-$500 certainly not $901.75. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know they knew we were stranded and took advantage of that. I also shouldn't have taken"3.9" hours to put it in especially, if there wasn't any problems. I find this appalling! I have several Army buddies up in that area and I told them too about it, and they too are shocked to hear about it. I would have saved us almost $500 just to tow our car up to Maryland to have it worked on at a dealership there. The writer told us that it could cost almost $800 and when we saw the bill that it was over $900 that is nuts!! More
I've been a longtime customer of Lindsay Chevrolet, I've purchase one vehicle from them recently and have been maintaining my Chevy's with them for 8 years. I've generally had many positive experiences I've purchase one vehicle from them recently and have been maintaining my Chevy's with them for 8 years. I've generally had many positive experiences with Lindsay, but this day was far from positive. I'm out looking for a good used car for my son who is off to college. I found what appeared to be a great deal on Lindsay's website for a car which appeared to be perfectly priced for what I was willing to spend on a car for a teenager. Well, Lindsay lost a long-term customer today. The lack of up-front pricing is disturbing. Online advertisement of a vehicle is $5,500 ... Which in the fine print says "Price excludes pre-delivery inspection, taxes, tags and, fees". Taxes, tags, and fees ... OK, nothing surprising there ... how much can those be? A few hundred bucks? No issue there. But a $1,495 pre-delivery inspection charge? I am not impressed with their tactic to lure someone in on an "Internet Special" price only to upsell the vehicle once the customer comes to the dealership. What I am impressed even less by is the dismissive nature and comfort they showed by saying "I hate to lose your business today" and letting me walk out the door. To make matters worse, I get a call the following day which was a message left on my phone "This is John please call me back" and he left his number 3 times. Here I thought it may have been a wrong number, so I called them back incase they were trying to leave a message for someone else. The urgency in John's voice sounded like it was important. When John answered he proceeded to speak AT me in a very disrespectful tone. "I thought we had a deal and you just walked out!" No, I walked out because Alfonso shook my hand and said "the pre-inspection fee is a set price and that he hates to lose my business, but there is nothing that can be done." I said very well and I left. John asked if I could come back to the dealership to work out a deal. I informed him that I don't have the time right now and that unless the price of the vehicle was $5,500 then there is no point. To which he advised me that he was taking my phone number, email address, and mailing address off their call lists and they will not be contacting me any further. Too bad for Lindsay ... As I was telling Alfonso, I have been contemplating a new truck. My 11 year old Tahoe is ready to be replaced; I was swaying between a new Silverado from Lindsay or a new Ram 1500. Looks like my mind is made up. Farewell Lindsay Chevrolet ... You just lost a $50K sale over a hidden $1,495 pre-inspection delivery charge. Simply put, If you were upfront with your pricing you wouldn't have these issues. It's the actions, behavior, and attitude like what was demonstrated at your dealership that personify the "used car salesman" stereotype. More
I do not recommend buying a vehicle from Lindsay. My experience with Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge, Virginia was awful. If you decide to go to Lindsay I recommend that very early in your discussions experience with Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge, Virginia was awful. If you decide to go to Lindsay I recommend that very early in your discussions with them you ask them: What is Lindsay’s “out the door price” for the vehicle? What rebates are included in that “out the door price”? What is the name of each rebate included and its amount? Am I eligible for each of those rebates? What is the name and amount of each cost item Lindsay adds to the sale price to get to the “out the door price”? These are straight forward questions that almost all dealers will be glad to answer. However, when I visited Lindsay they refused to answer them, and they were not nice about it. They became tremendously rude when I asked the above questions. My visit to Lindsay was an extremely unpleasant experience. I certainly will never set foot in Lindsay’s dealership again. You should insist on getting answers to the above questions before you sign anything at Lindsay. You must have the answers to these questions to be able to compare Lindsay’s price to the prices from other dealers. The “out the door price” is a good comparison to use between dealers. Trying to use “sales prices” is not, because each dealer adjust their “sales prices” differently to get to their “out the door price.” You should only compare a dealer’s “out the door price” to another dealer’s “out the door price.” “Sales prices” are virtually meaningless. As soon as you get Lindsay’s “out the door price” and the above answers take Lindsay’s “out the door price” to another dealer and see if that dealer can beat Lindsay’s price. Make sure to tell that dealer it is Lindsay’s price. You want that dealer to know you are working with another dealer. That dealer will try very hard to beat Lindsay’s price. The new car sales business is a very competitive business. Dealers know they have to compete aggressively with other dealers to survive in that business. Working with more than one dealer is by far the best way to get a good price on a new car. More
