I had some issues with my state inspection, and he promptly helped with getting the issues resolved in recently, he was very approachable and kind! I was not prepared to pay for repairs and got an estimate ready in a jiffy and when I called him back to get the car repaired after some juggling of funds, he was very gracious and got me an appointment at my convenience the following week.
