These guys don’t honor the internet price at all. They play number games to get you in the door. The vehicle was 7000 more when we sat down at the desk to go over the deal. There is a lot of under minded things that staff did but one thing that really made me upset was they parked my car that I was trading in at the back of the dealership parking lot and left my doors unlocked. When I got in my car my back pack was thrown on the floor. I would recommend this dealership to anybody, especially if your a first time buyer, or a person that is a payment buyer. Avoid this place if you can but if you can’t be cautious!! More

My girlfriend and I each tried to purchase an advertised VW e-golf separately but for some reason could not, even after emailing the manager directly. Just drove almost 4 hours to pick-up this truck internet priced $31,000 and then Sales Manager (MIGEL) Desk Manager (Cosly Ceballo) told us that they charge $2,000 for Blazer Package maintenance plan and so priced $31,000 and then Sales Manager (MIGEL) Desk Manager (Cosly Ceballo) told us that they charge $2,000 for Blazer Package maintenance plan and some other mess and total cost would be 37,500. I had a bad experience at this dealership due to the salesperson's inability to take "no" for an answer and unwillingness to give honest information about pricing. First, the price listed online was no where close to the actual price when I arrived (after a 2-hour trip). However, price did not end up being the main issue that turned me away from this location. No matter how many times I requested more information regarding the $4,000+ in fees, both the salesperson and the manager refused to give an itemized list (they claimed we could not see this information until after we signed on price). They also stated we would be penalized with an additional fee for financing elsewhere, which other dealerships that I visited did not have. After stating MANY times that we did not want to make a purchase and wanted to leave, the sales team refused to take "no" for an answer and continued to ask questions/talk to us when we were very apparently trying to leave the building. This dealership lost my business due to their poor customer service, regardless of the price of the vehicle in question. After the fact, the dealership continued to contact me (i.e. calling 5+ times in an hour and leaving many voicemails), even though I had stated during one of these follow-up calls that I was not interested in buying from them. I will not be returning here in the future. More
I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership. Ever. We drove an hour and a half to Lindsay Chevrolet to see a Bolt EV. We had both spoke to someone earlier that day who said the car was there, it was the price online and it would be ready for us to test drive. Surprise surprise when we showed up and: A. The car wasn't even there, it was at another dealership 1.5 hours away. But supposedly on the way to us. B. The price listed online was with undisclosed incentives. We got baited into coming in with a price that they would never give us. Our salesperson was good. He was nice, friendly, personable and seemed to understand our situation in the end. The sales manager, Miguel, however was extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer. While talking about the price, he said he was there to help us find a good price where we would be happy. And if we didn't come to an agreement, we could "shake hands and walk away." We couldn't come to an agreement on the price. We politely declined the offers 5 or 6 times and asked for our licenses and keys back. He just continued to push us and refuse to give our things back. We had to threaten to call the cops. They were legit trying to hold us hostage and coherce us into buying a car for $10k more than advertised. It's not a good sales practice any longer where you don't take no for an answer. I shouldn't have to demand my keys and license be returned to me that many times or threaten to call the police. Miguel clearly doesn't understand the word no, which does not make him a good salesperson who plays hardball. It's abusive and unacceptable in today's society. We had a budget, we had the cash for the car at the price listed online, and you all tried to scam us for 10k. This dealership is shady. They also are not practicing good covid guidelines. People were walking around without their nose covered or even no mask at all. The salesman went on the test drive with us. We've been test driving EVs for a few weeks now and no other salesman has come with us. Someone moved my personal car in the lot while we were on the test drive without my consent. I did not give anyone permission to enter or use my vehicle. The seat was moved, it was in another spot than where I had originally parked it. That is completely unacceptable. What if that person has covid and is not showing symptoms???? I'll be contacting Chevrolet about this dealership as well. More
