After checking their website and calling the dealership to verify that the Equinox I saw on CarFax was still available, we drove an hour and a half to test drive and buy the car. Get there and the car looks good, but they can't find the keys - start the application process anyway- but THEN, after the hard check to our credit, they slip in an extra $2,000 for the "blazer package," which they described as an after market air purifying system. Nowhere on their website or CarFax do they mention this extra $2k. (They even told me that they add this system to all their Certified cars - no brochure or handout describing the system - all talk - and I can't find anything online about Chevrolet air purification systems or "blazer" packages, either.) When I said I didn't want the system, they wanted to "negotiate" its price. This kind of practice -advertising a low price and then inflating it once you're at the lot - is what you'd expect from a shady used car dealership. I was incredibly disappointed and will warn all my friends and family, and anyone else that'll listen, to steer clear of this dealership. More

I went to buy a bolt or trax here on 3/1. Over the telephone they will not discuss price, and now I know why. The trax was sold so I test drove the bolt and decided to buy it. They met my price , but tried to include $4000 of gm card money in it, that I had never agreed to. Spent hours there to get shafted in the end. Nothing positive to say about this bunch but Watch Out..I would never recommend this place. More
