All i wanted was an invoice so i could make a smart decision and confer with my spouse. Nope. Put in a finance application, drove 45 min to see the vehicle, repeat client and i can’t get any information on what the cost is and then get insulted. I was told I haven’t taken any steps to show I’m serious. You are penalized for being tactful and responsible - great way to do business. They teach not to ever use policy as an excuse but that’s all i got. More

I’m giving 1 star because I can’t give any less. I drove more than one hour for the second time because the Manager Shawn called me, insisted and claimed to have a deal. Stayed in the store more than three more than one hour for the second time because the Manager Shawn called me, insisted and claimed to have a deal. Stayed in the store more than three hours waiting a deal that never came. The reason is because somebody else was trying to buy the car at the same time and paying more than our offer. However they designated a sales person to waste our time to make sure that person could hold us until they get the deal closed for them. I felt used, mistreated and humiliated. The manager Shawn could smooth the situation he put himself and the store into, however he just made it worse. Terrible manager that don’t know how to treat people well. I DO NOT recommend this Lindsey Chevrolet location. I’m sure you can find a better location with manager/sales that will take a good care os their customers. Not the case of this store. I hope this review will make the owner to do some internal changes to not loose more customers besides the 3 that I saw leaving the store extremely frustrated just like myself. More
