I never thought I would buy a car in the middle of a pandemic. The dealership provided quick service and sanitized waiting areas. After buying my car, you continued your personable service with follow up calls to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and to thank me. I had a terrible experience with Lindsey Chevrolet. I was going back and forth in negotiations on a truck and finally sales manager agreed to selling the truck to me on a 84 month , no payments for 4 months going back and forth in negotiations on a truck and finally sales manager agreed to selling the truck to me on a 84 month , no payments for 4 months at 585 a month. Go to financing and they tell me 84 months through Apple Federal Credit Union at 3.44apr. I was in shock then I was told that I did not qualify for the GM deal. After acknowledging that they screwed up and agreeing to a lower gap rate I agreed to a biweekly payment plan. A few weeks later I receive the payment plan from Apple Credit Union and the payment is a monthly payment that i did not agree to. I will be taking this experience straight to the top. More

This place is terrible! A salesperson, over the phone, assured me I could get the advertised internet price for a truck. Once I drove an hour and a half to get there, test drove the truck I finally was ab assured me I could get the advertised internet price for a truck. Once I drove an hour and a half to get there, test drove the truck I finally was able to see the real number. $5,000 was added to the internet price because I did not qualify for these so called incentives. I don’t think anyone possibly can. IT’S A SCAM! More

We commuted from North Carolina up to Virginia to purchase our Chevy traverse from them. The whole experience was amazing. I had looked at the traverse at another dealership but by the time Daniel Ma purchase our Chevy traverse from them. The whole experience was amazing. I had looked at the traverse at another dealership but by the time Daniel Mattison was done explaining it it felt like a whole new car. He went through every single detail and really made sure to hear the car towards our needs. Daniel knows all the ins and outs. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We have every intention of commuting back up when it’s time for my husband to buy a truck. I’d also like to add that Daniel and the guy he was training as well as the lender stayed 3 hours past closing to help us buy our car that night. We were there from 8pm (an hour before close) till midnight, and nobody complained once. More

Lindsay Chevrolet Used Car Sales Uses Deceptive Sales Tactic s I purchased a Chevrolet CERTIFIED used car. BAIT AND SWITCH. Cars advertised online and promised on the phone were not available an hour late s I purchased a Chevrolet CERTIFIED used car. BAIT AND SWITCH. Cars advertised online and promised on the phone were not available an hour later when I showed up at the dealership. I was offered higher priced, higher mileage cars. HIDDEN CHARGES. I was forced to purchase 2-year Lindsay Chevrolet Blazer Package Maintenance Product for $1799 that I didn’t want or need because I purchased a Chevrolet CERTIFIED Used Car. The “mandatory fee” was not on the car sticker, not disclosed online, not mentioned anywhere except it was added in the smallest of font on the purchase agreement. When I demanded to have it removed, the salesperson said that Lindsay always “tacks on” the $1799 to ensure that I would get maintenance (which is redundant to the CERTIFIED Used Car maintenance). FORCED FINANCING. When I went to pay cash for the car, I was told that it was “mandatory” that I take out Lindsay Chevrolet financing that I didn’t want or need. Lindsay Chevrolet should be ashamed of their dishonest business ethics designed to make their dealership look more profitable. More
