Customer beware don’t believe anything they say and be careful to review all the lines and numbers in the Middle of the paper which contains numbers. I saw there advertising on the website called to make sure about the price and they assured me that I will be getting that price, made the appointment and one day before the appointment I called and spoke to a sale manager to make sure before I drive 4 to 5 hours that I won’t find any surprises I asked the manager about the price and what do I need to qualify for to get that price, he assured me that I would get the discussed price and I just need to qualify for GM finance I repeated the question more than once and he got upset and told me I answered your question 5 times already. Rented a car and drove from Pennsylvania about 4 1/2 hours, when they did the papers I noticed numbers in the middle of the page with the lines and asked the salesman about it and he told me it’s the rebate you need to qualify for to get the price that was in bold on the top but don’t worry we have cash rebate and we will make sure to get the price on top, after spending about 4 hours at the dealership finally I got to the financing guy when I asked him why the payment is that high if the price is just $28,000 and I am putting $10,000 down he said because you have to add the price in the middle to the price on top because you don’t qualify for the rebate, I told him that I made sure and asked more then once about that and they told me totally different things he said I am sorry but this is the price and I can’t do anything. I ended up wasting more then 9 hours on the road and 4 1/2 hours at the dealership plus the car rental just for them to lies to customers. They called me the next day and told me would you give us another chance and can you come down and we will make things work, I told them if they don’t tell me exactly the numbers and what the total will be I won’t take another chance, they said the financial manager tried to call you but you didn’t answer your phone I told them I didn’t receive any calls they asked me what time is best for you so he can call you told them any time and they never did. Every thing they say is a scam. Hope you guys be careful.q More

Tried getting a part with only sarcasm and ridicule from the guy in the parts department. Had VIN available and part number and thisguy still needed more information.
