I saw a vehicle I was interested in on the Internet and submitted a request for more information about the vehicle. I received an email response and a follow up phone call to schedule time for me to visit submitted a request for more information about the vehicle. I was greeted by my sales consultant Robert Shuford who had the vehicle ready and waiting for my test drive. He explained all the features of the vehicle after providing a tour of the dealership. The place was bright and clean and I was greeted by several consultants as I entered the building. My experience could not have been better from the time I spent with Robert to the time I spent in finance. The sales manager did a walk around with me to inspect my vehicle asked if I had any additional questions and presented his card and told me not to hesitate to call if I had any questions or concerns. I received a follow call from Robert my sales consultant to ask how I was enjoying my vehicle and to thank me again for my business. It was a better experience than I expected and wouldn’t hesitate to send friends and family to do business with Robert and this dealership again!! James Aldredge More

I was then told they were allowed to take nearly 20k off of their vehicles because they sold 3 to 400 vehicles a month, which i thought was spectacular if it was the truth. Apparently it must have been lies because talking to other salesman at different dealerships said it wasnt legit so i gave them the info and they called; thats when the xxxx hit the fan. Now im no longer talking to Kaydian 1st shes in but with a customer a few seconds later she was not there at the moment. I requested some pricing info so my financial institute can make the loan out for the supposed price, that became a problem i talked to miguel if that was a real name; then he place a so called manager on the who apparently was useless and no help at all. Just stop xxxxxxx people around when they bringing their hard earn money to yall, if you cant stand on a price then dont advertise it. Simple. More
