Theresa Shepard came over and asked if I would like to look around, we started chatting, I told her what I wanted to look at (I had already found a couple online and had the stock numbers) and she took me for a test drive and we chatted more, we could have chatted for hours, lol. I was sold and we checked on financing options with Behzad, who by the way gave me some very useful and helpful information about my current vehicle. Overall I had a really good car buying experience. More

This practice is true of EVERY dealership in the DC area. It can be misleading to the uninformed, however the salespeople at Lindsay were upfront about it. In a world of internet pricing all dealerships need to be on the same pricing playing field to compete, otherwise they would not be able to generate the flow of consumer traffic necessary to sell cars. The practise of taking the freight out as a "discount" and then adding it back in is an industry wide problem, just as listing every discount "available" when advertising the price of a vehicle. Very few of us are Uber driving, active military, below 620 credit score, new college grad real estate agents. The majority of buyers will not qualify for the advertised incentives. At best all dealership advertising is inherently false. Shoppers need to realize this when going to the dealership. Know the invoice of the vehicle and all cash incentives before going to the dealership, then negotiate your price. Lindsay personnel were honest and straightforward in their efforts to sell the vehicle I bought. The price was fair and I would return to them for additional purchases. More
Free Vaseline with purchase. I had read some pretty decent reviews on this dealership and their prices seemed almost too good to be true (more on that in a minute)., I called on I had read some pretty decent reviews on this dealership and their prices seemed almost too good to be true (more on that in a minute)., I called on a Monday and told them I was interested in leasing 2 vehicles. I asked the salesman if he could at least make sure the payments would be what I had computed based on the selling price and that there were no surprises. He was very evasive about providing any answers. Other dealers had informed me this dealership was scamming potential customers. It turns out they were correct. They advertise a price as MSRP (which is the window sticker price and INCLUDES freight. Then they show a considerable discount. The scam is that the add that 1445.00 fright BACK ONTO the bottom line as well as a $699 “processing’ fee (profit) and a $271 ‘tag” fee (tags are $40 here). So basically they claim a discount of say $3000 and once they add back the freight they already showed as part of the MSRP and these fees you end up with a $500-600 discount instead of a $3000 one they claim to be giving off the price. After my reviews are posted I will be forwarded it the screenshots of this to the. VA Attorney General’s office and the FTC for review of this misleading business practice. Shame on this company continuing to help perpetuate the stereotype that car dealers are crooks. Sadly, this outfit is full of them More

Bought 2018 Pacifica Touring L Jalissa was friendly and knowledgable on the Pacificas in stock. I met her for a test drive on Monday 5/21/18 and took a pleasant test drive and then Jalissa was friendly and knowledgable on the Pacificas in stock. I met her for a test drive on Monday 5/21/18 and took a pleasant test drive and then viewed other Pacificas on the lot to see if there were any I liked better. I decided on one and worked with Lee filling out the paperwork. While in the process of filling out the paperwork, we were informed that there was s slight accident while getting the vehicle ready and they knew that I would not want to purchase the damaged vehicle so they searched their inventory for another with the same options and did not have one so they worked with another dealer to get one with all the options that I wanted plus a few more and offered it to me at the same price as originally agreed upon. They worked with me on my schedule and there were no high-pressured sales tactics that I have run into at other dealerships. Jalissa and Lee were very professional and friendly. More
