“Love it price” is a sale tactic to get you to come and you don’t get the Internet price either, false advertising. They are professional scammers, I thought I went prepared to get the best deal but salesm you don’t get the Internet price either, false advertising. You let your guard down, they show you a list of numbers that make no sense and you start doubting if you’re just not doing the math correctly and to not seem stupid you don’t question it. I got a bad deal which you realize after the fact and topped it off with an awful financing rate/term with some obscure bank when Chrysler financial had ongoing offers. They are dishonest and unclear with their practices. Vernard got me a very bad deal and did not honor the internet price, but shame on me for thinking his intentions were good, fair or honest towards our transaction. I do not recommend this place. I’ve had 2 Toyota’s and Lexus and all was presented very clear and no tricks whatsoever top notch financing, should’ve stuck to that brand instead. The managers resolution was an invitation to go in person so that they could explain the numbers. More

Untrustworthy, unethical, and just down right dirty, PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU TRAVEL TO THIS DEALER. I live 4 hours away from this dealership. I contacted the dealership interested in a truck, it took PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU TRAVEL TO THIS DEALER. I live 4 hours away from this dealership. I contacted the dealership interested in a truck, it took a few days, but we finally came to a final out the door number that I was okay with. I did have a trade in which they were forthright in saying they would not give a trade in number on the truck which I was okay with and completely understood. After the OUT THE DOOR number on the new truck was given, it took me a little over a day to decide on whether to take the 4 hour drive with the wild card of the trade in or not. During that day or so I spoke with the salesperson a few times, and was assured that the number given was an OTD figure WITHOUT, i repeat WITHOUT the trade in accounted or the tax credit that comes with the trade in. We spoken multiple times, it was given and understood clear as day by both sides. I told the salesperson, that is my top of line budget, I did not want to spend any more than that specific number, it was completely understood on both sides, via phone and text message. The next day I spoke with the salesperson who assured me that those are the numbers and to make the drive down, they said bring the kids, bring the wife, let’s make this deal happen. So I did, I drove 4 hours with my wife, and my kids who are 9, 3 and 1 years old. Anyone with kids knows that, that kind of drive with that many kids is a full job on its own. I get to the dealership after 4 hours of driving, and after looking at my trade, they were $2k under what other dealers have offered me, and honestly I was expecting that, but they finally gave me the trade in value of the other dealers, amazing right? NOOO, they told me, the OUT THE DOOR number they promised me that didn’t include my trade or the tax credit, was Ofcourse INCLUDING the tax credit from my trade! (Which was worth $3,000) So the OTD number that was promised was 3k more than what was said before I drove there. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, DISRESPECTFUL AND DOWN RIGHT UNETHICAL. They told me it was a miscommunication. ABSOLUTELY NOT, it was a bait and switch. How are you going to tell me in one breath you don’t give me trade numbers over the phone without seeing the vehicle, and in another tell me that an out the door price includes my trade tax credit? How do you know how much my tax credit is, if you don’t even know how much my trade is worth, because you don’t do that without seeing it? They refused to honor the deal, and so I drove home 4 hours with my children without the vehicle. For them to know that I was bringing my children, especially my 1 and 3 year old, how can you even be a human being, telling someone to do that, make them drive 4 hours with children and pull a “miscommunication” like that? So for a “miscommunication” that clearly wasn’t a miscommunication, I wasted over 8 HOURS of driving and time, over $120 in gas, added 400+ miles to my vehicle and an absolute horrible experience with my children in the car for 8 hours for absolutely nothing. This dealership is unethical, and down right liars and don’t follow their word. Do better as human beings, who would knowingly have someone with children drive 8+ hours just to pull a bait and switch? Downright disgusting. If you read this far, my sales person was Karen, she was honestly great the entire time, I don’t know who this “miscommunication” falls under, but I’m almost positive it was not Karen, and was the managers. Could not get a real price without running my credit. They want to run your credit so you are more pressured to buy a car because it will be a hard pull. The closest we could get to getting actual price was the manager telling us verbally that maybe he could get to 20% MORE than what was advertised on the website. These guys are predators. Stay away. Well another disappointment with this dealership, I have traded my vehicle and have been trying to get the contact information as to whom and where to send the odometer statement to have the Extended warran traded my vehicle and have been trying to get the contact information as to whom and where to send the odometer statement to have the Extended warranty canceled and get my refund, I have called left message with my sales person Ever Argutea with no return call, I was transfered to an incorrect department where instead of transferring me to the correct department they hung up on me, 3rd call I was transfered to the title/registration department manager which no one has contacted me back, again this has been the worst car buying experience ever, these people do not care about the customer, they do not call you back. I agreed to pay the list price and refused the nonsense extras and their ridiculous APR but they won't sell me the car... This is how they make money. I know dealerships aren't exactly truthful but I cannot express how dishonest these guys are... Agreed to pay list price. I refused to pay for the $2000 "dealership warranty" because the car already had manufactor's warranty. Then we talk about financing. He tells me an APR rate that I laughed at. I tell him i will go through my bank and he says "good luck". After being approved for HALF of what he quoted me at, he says "uhh let me speak to my manager and call you back". He never called back... After 10 phone calls later, I finally got a hold of the manager and his explanation was that the price of the vehicle had increased from the point in which I was getting outside financing and our conversation (it went up about $2k in 4 hours...) The reason he gave was because they "didn't run the car through the shop yet". So his excuse was that the vehicle's price online was lower because they didn't inspect it yet. So if you believe him, his excuse doesn't make you feel better. He admitted they didn't inspect the car but still had it up for sale. It should be noted the car has been for sale for 3 weeks. But the truth is, they found out I wasn't going to fall for their tricks and then lied to get out of the situation. Dealerships are slimy but these guys take it to a whole other level. More
