On May 27th, 2022 we bought a used 2021 Jeep Wrangler and traded in a 2011 jeep Wrangler. Everything went smoothly until I requested a braking system from the trade in that we had paperwork stating they wou traded in a 2011 jeep Wrangler. We were told that it was more involved than they thought and they now wanted to be paid for the removal. We offered several options to retrieve our parts but no one would budge. I went though several managers Donnell Denney, Jamie Fox who were very nice but would not budge do to this being a directive form the General Manager. When I asked who this was I was told Adam Mendoza. I have left messages for Mr. Mandoza, Paul Smyth and a text message to Jamie Fox and all have not responded to my attempts to resolve this issue and provide me my parts. I cannot believe any business would choose to not follow through on a promise but apparently Lindsay does. I have bought several vehicles in my life and this is the very first time I can say I've been had. I have ordered the replacement parts for my braking system at a cost of $700 dollars. Parts that were not to go with the trade in with paperwork stating they owe me these parts. I'm old school, a promise is a promise and your word should stand up. To the folks at Lindsay's in Manassas, not only those your word has no value but you paperwork stating you will provide me my parts has no value. I would not recommend this dealership due to their deception and dishonesty. More

Wanted to get a Jeep for some years now but had not made the jump just because I had been driving a pretty reliable vehicle that was paid off until one day it wasnt reliable. That alone was great and helped eliminate the aspect of being in the dealership all day. God had a plan cause when I tell you everything that couldve went wrong with this so called reliable car it did! In the midst of me trying to negotiate my pricing and monthly rating, Chris leaned in and said "between me and you, aint no way you driving that back home" I knew the jig was up and it was aware that I had no intensions of leaving empty handed.
