After searching for a truck for the past month with pricing that I thought was fair, Lindsay CDJR was the only one that make and effort to work with me. When going to the appointment he couldn't be there due to a family emergency, but as soon I got there Jose took over the process and we got to the point. I asked for out the door price and we both met where we wanted price wise. I had to take my kid with me and they help with keeping her occupied with books and toys, really kid friendly. This is my 3rd car and my 3rd dealership, by far the best one to work with, the fastest and must economical. More

As I did not want to travel during the Pandemic, they accommodated my requests to finalize the deal over the phone with my designated POA. No surprises during the Closing Paperwork or financing process. I got a good rate through the dealer. If I could give an extra star, I will give it to Rafael. He delivered the van to my place during his day off !!! Now, that's what i call Over and Beyond !! My wife and I were blown away at his customer service, his honesty, his respect and professionalism and we will certainly recommend Rafael and Lindsay Dealership to all our friends and family. They have a very miss leading sales tactic in about how they selling there product. It is the ultimate bait and switch. My salesman‘s name is Chris very nice poised gentleman but could care less about selling you a car these guys working teams while we were at his desk he had somebody behind us listening to me and my wife talked the entire time and feeding information back to him. They have the lowest online price but once you are there then they start telling you all the added fees which is well over $5K. I do not recommend buying from this dealership! Lewis Saunders More
