Spent 3.5 hours in the dealer, 1.5 hours after they closed. Customer service was outstanding and the salesman was great. The worst part was when it came down to the financing office and dealing with closed. Customer service was outstanding and the salesman was great. The GM refused to budge on anything nor willing to negotiate a price. Mind you the truck we were looking at was sitting on the lot for almost 1.5 years. A 2020 Ram. I secured outside financing right in the finance office, and was then told, if I were to use outside financing, the price would increase by 2k. When we requested our keys from our trade in, there was already a dealer Stock Number tapped to the window. We are now 4 days later and still receiving texts regarding our interest in the truck, while we have told them numerous times, we will shop around for a dealer that wants to move through thier inventory. As I have seen on a few other reviews, I was the subject of a bait and switch, which people should be aware of. What you see on the internet pricing is not what you will get when you arrive at the dealership. They provide the “Love It Price,” shown on their website and tell you to come in to discuss. They may even tell you about one rebate that you do not qualify for as they did with me, but they will entice you to come in anyways "to discuss further as I am sure we can work something out". When you arrive, you will probably be advised that you do not qualify for all the rebates, as they did with me (that could have been disclosed before I drive 1 hour to get there) At the end of the day, the “Love It Price” price increase $3,000 in my instance from what was advertised. This is not transparent nor ethical business practices. More
