Spoke with and emailed sales person several times. Asked at least 3 times to provide me the total or "out the door" price for my Credit Union before I drove an hour. Sales person refused, said he couldn't d at least 3 times to provide me the total or "out the door" price for my Credit Union before I drove an hour. Sales person refused, said he couldn't do it. Well, I drove an hour to the dealership and discovered why they would not tell me the total price for the car. The car was listed at $24,500 on the internet. Once there I learned they tack on $1750, listing some super duper air filter and rubber floor mats along with the Certification Pre-Owned and blamed it on MOPAR. But, lets not forget the additional $895 for Dealer Processing. They WILL NOT tell you on the phone of the $1750 charge, even though they said they would bring the car to my house and I would never need to come to the dealership.(How does that work). VERY SHADEY BUSINESS PRACTICES. Oh, and the General Manger is aware and doesn't care. More
