Virus Threat - No flexibility Recently emailed Linsay about a new Ram 1500. We are always trying to do things from home as much as possible because of the virus. A salesman named Recently emailed Linsay about a new Ram 1500. We are always trying to do things from home as much as possible because of the virus. A salesman named Haval responded to my inquiry. I asked him if he could give me a price on the new truck and a preliminary trade in value on my current truck. I told him I was not coming into the dealership unless the numbers seemed to work. His response was I had to come into the dealership. I asked again - "Are you guys not interested in discussing a deal unless I come into the dealership"?. His response : "That is correct. If you can make the effort and visit the dealership, we are able to get you the best deal you can find!! When would you be able to stop by?" I responded "No Thanks...I'll find another dealership". In this age of Covid-19 I would expect a dealership to be more flexible. I understand they can't give me a final price on my trade until I bring it in but other dealerships accepted pictures of my truck and gave me a "soft" price. If a company is not willing to work with me, I'm not willing to work with them. More

Bait, Switch, then Switch Again for Good Measure. They advertise a price...BUT...That's not REALLY the price. They don't tell you about the $2000 extra you have to pay if you don't use their financing They advertise a price...BUT...That's not REALLY the price. They don't tell you about the $2000 extra you have to pay if you don't use their financing. They don't tell you that you need to print a certificate on top of that BEFORE you come in to get that price, even if you do finance with them. They won't print the certificate there for you. I was looking at the salesperson's screen, where it listed my quoted price at the top. I pointed it out to him. He shrugged it off and said, "You need a printed certificate of guarantee." When I asked if he could print it for me, he looked at me, ignored me and told me I needed to pay the bigger price which was only $200 more, so I decided not to quibble. It wasn't until I looked the next day that I realized I paid $316.23 more than my quoted "guaranteed" price. They also slipped a GAP coverage document in while I was signing paperwork. That was an extra $995 that I didn't need or want. So, for $1,300 more than I was told I would be paying for my vehicle, I ended up with the car I wanted. They honestly don't show you the Buyer's Order with the itemized fees until AFTER you signed everything. What a mess. I will never buy here again. I recommend anyone reading this look elsewhere. More

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. An absolute scam. They pretend to be giving you a good deal but getting you to the monthly payment you want, but on the other side they are just adding absolute scam. They pretend to be giving you a good deal but getting you to the monthly payment you want, but on the other side they are just adding more months onto your loan and increasing your price. The don’t show you any of the details of the paperwork you’ve signed until it’s too lateZ don’t get fooled, these guys are scam artists and they are good at it. More
