I was patient in waiting while the service bays were being rebuilt. When I finally come in for a maintenance check, their techs had already left for the day, despite assurances that if I could get here being rebuilt. They consistently charge $20 more for every service than NTB tire and Auto. They were unable to book an appointment in advance. Just awful customer service. No excuse. More

Bought a new RAM 1500 and felt like a got a great deal Sales team were knowledgeable about the product. Process was quite good, but also like with all new car purchases, the time from saying yes and agreeing a price to actually leaving with the vehicle is at least 2 hours. That feels like a bottle neck with any new car I have bought. I would recommend buying a car from this dealership. Hopefully go back next year for something a bit more sporty for myself. More

Here is why I think that: - went for a test drive a specific vehicle at a specific time - found a lighter in the vehicle in the center console - vehicle had 12 miles on the odometer. - Sales person (Richard) was on his game, and knew the answers to the requested questions and did some research to find out answers, but was unable to get anyone in maintenance to answer questions about adding stock items before the sale or as part of the sale. His manager was willing to work with him for the sale. - All the sales folks seem to smoke - and carry that smoke smell everywhere with them to a point my wife had to ask at least one person to step away as her asthma was kicking in - Everyone asked that I put 10's on the survey - that's the best way not to earn them. Service and care of the customer should speak for its self and not need prompting. - Finance guy, did his job in working the price and finding a pretty good rate. Focus is on the monthly payment, not total cost. - Detail folks missed a number of items from stickers on the mirrors, plastic under the head rests, and dirt on and under the front grill of the truck. - 5-6 days post sale have yet to hear from Service Dept for working on an appointment to get my stain protection completed. More
