They should honor their salesmen's word. We purchased a previously owned Jeep Renegade and when asked if the Renegade had a second set of keys the salesman, Frank said " yes, of course ". Well, at the end previously owned Jeep Renegade and when asked if the Renegade had a second set of keys the salesman, Frank said " yes, of course ". Well, at the end of the sale he said he couldn't find them. I asked him why didn't let me know before, he said he thought that they had them. He then promised to check with the parts department. I've never received a call or an email about my second set keys, but have received emails and calls about giving a good review. What about this is right? I find it typical of the same old "say whatever or lie to make the sale". I would not recommend Lindsay Manassas Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone, because of this action. More

The quality of the work was also fantastic, with Lindsay offering to keep my Rubicon overnight because some of the work required applying an adhesive and they wanted to keep it in the shop overnight to make sure the adhesive set up properly (they felt it was cold enough that the temperature might interfere with the curing of the adhesive. I am very pleased with Lindsay service and will definitely be recommending them to my friends. More

Will never deal with Lindsay ChryslerDodge in Manassas until they train their manager (James Rose) and salesperson (Omar) how to properly and courteously speak to customers. Manager James Rose got all defensive and disrespectful when I inquire regarding the current cash rebates and pointed out that it is not what he’s telling me. Then got irate and said he was going to “EDUCATE” me! Typical deceptive dealer practice by baiting you with great deals and prices online to get you in the dealership. They refuse to answer any questions regarding the incentives over the phone, why? It’s so they can get you in the dealership and present you with all their bs games. I was told I can only qualify for Dodge’s current consumer cash rebate is if I take their financing, and proceeded to show me proof by showing me the dealerships own disclaimer. Go find a different dealer unless you don’t value your time. More
