Incompetent, Lying, Thieves A “C” rating by the Better Business Bureau is generous. Incompetent, Lying, Thieves is how I describe my experience at Lindsay. A) Incompetent - I b A “C” rating by the Better Business Bureau is generous. Incompetent, Lying, Thieves is how I describe my experience at Lindsay. A) Incompetent - I bought a late model Wrangler. It had gone through their “hundreds of points inspection,” yet, the lock on the passenger door does not work, the back soft top panel zipper is broken prohibiting the top from being put down, and the vehicle was not property serviced – all 4 tires low on air. B) Liars – they repeatedly stated that there was no damage to the vehicle. I went to the dealership and the windshield had been broken and repaired, the break directly over the steering wheel. They also did not disclose the broken items listed above. C) Thieves – they added a MOPAR package to the vehicle and refused to take it off. They inflated the taxes and tags by thousands of dollars because I was out of state. After many emails and calls, they eventually refunded the money they stole, but not after it had become part of the auto loan. They get kickbacks for generating loans, the more the better for Lindsay. So, they stole my money for their benefit. This dealership is all about the high-pressure sale. Their slogan is You’ll love it at Lindsay.” If you love things like war, famine, and hemorrhoids, then this is the dealer for you. If you value honesty and integrity, I suggest you look elsewhere. Worst follow up of any dealership Purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500, the day before Christmas, took ownership well after dark so I didnt notice that the truck had not been detailed as pr Purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500, the day before Christmas, took ownership well after dark so I didnt notice that the truck had not been detailed as promised by my sales guy Garrett until the following day. The front TPS sensor failed on day two of ownership. Day 3 I tried using the nav system and it shows that I am 30+ miles from where I am actually at. Reached out to my salesperson via email provided on the website. After one week and not response tried again. No response still after another 4 days. Emailed the assistant dealership manager who responded with "Garrett please reach out to Mr. Harvey with a different email for him. 1 week later still no response. Once you sign the contract and give them the money apparently you no longer exist! I will never deal with this dealership again and will make it my new life mission to keep everyone I can away from there! More
