Ignorance, Lying, and false advertising is their business! Ok ,it's time to write the truth after several attempts to fix the issue with this dealership. I inquired about a car and the sales consultant Hassan Ok ,it's time to write the truth after several attempts to fix the issue with this dealership. I inquired about a car and the sales consultant Hassan Abukoush immediately called me to come see the car. He insisted with calls constantly until i got there. I have to mention that i told him that was coming from two hours away and I'm 9 months pregnant so he can tell me all the details before i get there. I asked if the car has automatic doors and he confirmed that it is. When i got there, the doors were not automatic and he said " I thought you were talking about windows" ..Really?? Ok ,since i was already there ,mad after all, i decided to look at another car that's got automatic doors. When i saw the car that i wanted it was all dirty with a spot on the leather seat. He assured me that while we are doing the ppwork the car will be detailed. I trusted him and went ahead with the ppwork. It was really dark outside when we finished ppwork. Couldn't see much about car details. I left home on another 2h drive home. In the morning when i looked in the car I was shocked! It was super dirty with left over food in the cup holders, sand everywhere and the spot on the leather seat still there. I called and complained. They told me to come back and the issue will be solved. I told him clearly that I will be able to make no more then one trip for this issue due to risking having the baby on the way to Manassas. I got there after making another appointment with them and losing my work day , and they did the detailing that looked unprofessional with dust still everywhere, but my main concern was that the spot on the leather seat was not dirt ,it was leather damage. Then I told them that I would like to exchange the car the same day so i don't have to come again. Their website mentions " 3day exchange, no question asked " and that's when they started lying telling me that it is exchange only for mechanical issues. Well, what's saying on there doesn't match their words so they absolutely ignored my request. I told them that I can't come back. It's too risky for me to be on the road. Either they fix it same day, or exchange the car. None of these were applied. I requested to fix the car seat in my city and for them to pay the bill. They eventually wanted to get rid of me and agreed to it telling me to go and send them an estimate. I sent them an estimate the next day that was $409 to fix the leather seat and they refused to what we have agreed stating that they could fix it for $75 and I should come back. That's when it got out of control after telling them that I'm unable to travel anymore. At this point everyone is literally ignoring my messages, calls and emails. The most unprofessional business i could ever dealt with. They ignore you after they get your money. Never do business with these people. I have all the messages that are proving what I wrote here. The most dishonest dealership. The managers won't even care to call back after several messages left to return my call. Another sales consultant trying to cover everyone called me , Said Hashemi, that eventually made it look like he's helping me, but also after i explained everything he told me that Hassan will come pick up my car to get it to Manassas to fix it and bring it back , now he is ignoring my messages and calls too. Worst ! Worst! Worst ! Do not go there for any business with them! More

I would go back with him in a heartbeat if he worked for anyone else. When you pay 30K for a car you expect 2 keyfobs and a manual for the car!! The next day since I had forgotten the garage door opener in my jeep we traded in we returned to the dealership the next day to pick it up. Know I had called that morning and asked that it be removed from the jeep and placed at CS. I was told it would be. NOT!! Thus the start of the problem. This dealership does not back its employees, the employees do not care for anyone's time they have to sit there and wait for someone to grant them an answer. I had to find my jeep and remove the item myself. Then my husband and I waited for over 30 minutes on one of the managers James Rose, which should be fired, told my husband that he would go get him the manual. We bought a dang Chrysler, you should have manuals for your own cars!! I frustrated but this guy came at me with an attitude which fueled my bad mood. Needless to say they get your money then never follow thru with anything you are told. My best advice if you are going to buy cars from this dealership get everything in writing so you do not have to deal with what we have. Save yourself frustration, go find another dealership because after they get your money they will do not care about you at all. More

I really appreciate her hardwork and dedication to me as a consumer and I would recommend her to anyone. If you are ever at Lindsay...ask for Theresa Shepard...you won't regret it!!! More
