In most cases, if someone is reaching out to a dealer, it's because a) you have the car they want and b) you have it at the price they want listed on your website. The fine print for Lindsay CDJR reads that the "Love It Price" includes applicable manufacturer rebates and rebates associated with dealer financing. IOW, rebates you don't really need to qualify for. Ok, fair enough. It also reads that "Additional factory rebates from certain manufacturers, such as first time buyers, recent college graduates, veterans and/or active members of the military, owners of competitive makes, loyalty rebates etc, may be available." My translation on this is that I should be able to walk in off the street and get the "Love It Price" without any special qualification as long as I finance through the dealership. In my case, Bryan said that FCA requires them to show the lowest possible price, inclusive of every possible rebate, in their "Love It Price." In short, 100% opposite of what their own website shows. So, he's either playing games or he didn't know the rules. As the "Sales Manager," I don't need to tell you what I believe. In summary, I went to a competitive dealership last night with a nearly identical version, who ACTUALLY honored their internet sales price, and bought the truck of my dreams. Thanks for making it easy Lindsay CDJR. More
Great deal I went looking for a specific Jeep Gladiator. That had it on the lot. Made an appointment with Hassan. I was greeted by his sales partner Said who I primarily worked with. I was trading in a 2017 Cherokee. They checked it out while we test drove. They have me more for my trade than I was expecting. My wife wasn’t with me but did get her info by text/email. When it came time to sign the paper, he drove up to Sterling where my wife was at and got it signed. Happy with the Gladiator!!! More
Horrible unbelievably Made an appointment days in advance with Brad in Service.. dropped off night before and had a 10am apt on a Wednesday.. long story short Brad held me Made an appointment days in advance with Brad in Service.. dropped off night before and had a 10am apt on a Wednesday.. long story short Brad held me car hostage for 7 days .. each day I would have to call around 4 to find out status of diagnostic test and would get could not get to it today sorry .. I need my work truck and he made it clear from day 2-3 that they don’t care about our time. I left many messages and finally after no response and them hold truck I guess hostage with no info ..I had enough and call dealers GM who said Brad was out today and we are on day 6 now....and report is in and Brad will call tomorrow day 7. No call from Brad so I called around 11:30 and told him that I would pick up truck later that day and will let everyone what a horrible business this is the ..the guys working up front when I cam to pick up car just shaking their heads cause they hear this a lot about Brad .. then I get a handful of calls saying I am in sales and I see your truck in service and they try to sell me a new one ..lol. I hope that anyone is hat reads this lets any friend or family who they care about not to visit this dealership and especially not Brad .. a horrible employee.. to top it off I told to GM and he went over cost and then next Day day 7 Brad does the same thing but then price was 900$ more for same work. Rip off people and we really should not give companies that are run this way any business.. do yourself a favor steer clear of this place More

Disappointed and Frustrated My wife purchased a 30k Wrangler, that was listed for 28,600 on car gurus. When I questioned why it was listed at 30k during the "negotiations" I was shown a paper that had the price and some fees added to it to get to that 30k price. There were two 2018 jeeps there. One with 8,000 miles for 29,600, and one with 20k miles for 28,600 which is the one we ended up purchasing as the other's keys could not be located. However, on the Finance paperwork those fees were not detailed and the price simply started at 30k and what I thought was shown on the paper were added to the purchase price in the contract. Several times I said we were leaving and John the salesman was a bit pushy and argumentative saying that "We stayed open late for you, and that he didn't want us to lose the jeep" Which there were other customers there as well, so it wasn't just us there. We were then sent the finance person, Mo. Who focused on the monthly payment that my wife wanted to stay at. He showed us a bi-weekly payment that included a warranty for $3,500 and a maintenance contract and Gap. I told him I wasn't interested in the Maintenance contract and he said it was included with the warranty. He had my wife start signing the paperwork and didn't go over the numbers as has been our normal experience with purchasing anything. During this process the Jeep was being cleaned and detailed. Finally after close to 4 hours we go home tired and hungry. Wife is happy she has her jeep so I thought everything was good. That night after she is in bed I go out to sync her phone up to the Jeep and the interior is relatively filthy. There was dust all over the dash, sun visors, and the carpet was dirty. I cleaned it up so she would have a clean jeep to drive to work. Then I look over the paperwork. Shame on me for not doing that more so during the process as she was doing all of this on her own with the financing. I notice the entries for $2,000 Maintenance and $800 Gap. Which we were told were included. I also notice a paper that was in the paperwork that included the CarFax, that we weren't shown, and it shows the Jeep was also a fleet/rental vehicle that wasn't mentioned at all during the process. We go back up the following night after sending an email to John the sales person and my wife talks to a manager during the day, who understood her concerns of the 30k jeep becoming a 39k jeep. I can't remember his name, but he was friendly enough and who we meet when we arrive the following night. We are sent to another finance person who I also can not remember his name. It was a different one than the night before obviously. During this time we notice there was also a $900 charge for a wheel and tire warranty that wasn't mentioned once during the conversations. All that mattered was that he got everything into her requested monthly payment, but not really since there is an extra month with that bi-weekly payment finance method. The second finance guy was still pretty pushy; however, we take everything off minus the Gap insurance, which I still am not 100% sold on, but it wasn't too much of a hit. We are told the payments will remain the same and the Jeep would just be paid off quicker. Which is fine. During this time the Jeep is sent in for another detail as John said he would do that when we come up for the front license plate bracket, which no one knew of and we are told the JKs just have the plate screwed into the bumper through the divets on the surface, which is fine. The interior still wasn't that clean and the sun visors, that I didn't get the night before, are still dusty as is the back seat area. The next day we get a voicemail from Mo that a new contract with a better interest rate and monthly payment through Suntrust, our bank, has been sent to my wife to sign and return. This is relatively good for us, but I still feel we were overcharged on the Jeep that should have started at 28,600 and not 30k. I don't like submitting bad reviews, but this was a very bad experience for her and myself at every step of the process. This night was simply unacceptable. I will never recommend any of Lindsay dealerships to anyone. More
Outstanding Experience Purchasing a new 2019 Pacifica Probably the best overall experience buying a new car we have ever had, thanks to the great folks at Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Manassas, VA. Probably the best overall experience buying a new car we have ever had, thanks to the great folks at Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Manassas, VA. We worked with Said, the salesman, and told him what my wife wanted. After a quick search on the computer, he took us to the exact vehicle, and then let us take if for a test drive. Then we had a great experience with the financing department and even though we were a little over our budget, we were satisfied. Said then assisted us in transferring all our items from the old vehicle to the new Pacifica, and even made a long trip to our house to drop off my cell phone which was accidently left in their car. Great Team and Great Experience!!! Thank you very much Lindsay. More

I t I recently purchased a Certified Chrysler in April. I had already spent a couple of days at other dealerships and could not find that perfect fit. I took a chance and drove all the way from the Richmond area to Lindsay in Manassas. I drove in and looked around for a while and was about to leave when finally a salesman asked if he could help me. Sam Rosa spent the next few hours to put together a great deal on my purchase. While he was helping me, I felt as if I was the only concern that he had. No distractions and side stepping until we had a deal. Now this took a number of hours, but Sam was great! I cannot tell you how highly regarded I felt as a potential customer. Ask for Sam Rosa if you want the best in experience in buying a car. Thanks! More

We went back and forth on at least two deals, with me walking away before the third time was the charm. Derrick never failed (although I am sure he was exasperated a few times), never high pressured sales push, and always tried to keep me up to speed with what was happening with check in calls or email. Finally, it was time...and I knew that Derrick was the guy and Lindsay was the place. He was happy to see me, help me through the paperwork and process and showed me through my new purchase. I would highly recommend Lindsay, and Derrick Pullen for your purchase. More
