Awesome Experience I drove from Roanoke, VA to purchase a Challenger from Lindsay. I contacted Lindsay and was informed that I may not be able to purchase the truck due to some exhaust and electrical issues. I begged them not to send MY truck to a Wholesaler, and to work with me on working through the issues. This is a beautiful 2014 Ram 1500 Express. Immaculate condition at a fair price. Ok, an incredible price. I was able to work with John (General Manager), and one of the nicest young men I've ever met, Erick. Both worked tirelessly to resolve the issues with the truck in order to be able to sell it to me in a condition that would uphold the Lindsay standards of selling and service. It was a win-win for everybody...ok it was a bigger win for me! I love this truck! The entire sales force seemed happy for me as I pranced around the dealership, helping myself to the free soda machine and coffee. I passed on the "Quiet" waiting area, because I didn't want to get kicked out for talking about the Bad A$$ truck I was buying from Erick! Erick had the paperwork ready to go when I arrived and the entire process took less than an hour, to include the finance department and Mr. Marcus DeJesus. Everybody was great, and I'll be recommending this dealership and Erick to anybody that ask. More

Fantastic Experience My dad and I both needed a car and he had called Lindsay about a mini van. They were very helpful in finding out if what they had in stock was what h My dad and I both needed a car and he had called Lindsay about a mini van. They were very helpful in finding out if what they had in stock was what he was looking for as they are over an hour drive away in Manassas. I also looked at their stock and found a car that I liked. We went down on a Friday night and arrived at 8pm. They had the cars ready for us to look at. Tony (Jorge Torres) and Kevin were the salesmen who assisted us both. I worked with Tony and he was very easy to work with. Kevin worked with my parents and they also had a great experience. The whole process took about 4 hours from beginning to end which is great considering it is 2 cars! When I went to get my MD inspection done (it passed VA inspection) it failed due to the rear rotors. I called Lindsay and they told me to come right in and they would fix it. I let them know that it would be very difficult for me to get back to VA to get this done and they told me they would reimburse me for the amount of getting it fixed at another Dodge dealership. I had it fixed and submitted the receipt for reimbursement and they said it is on the way! The entire process from beginning to end was fantastic. Even though Manassas is more than an hour away I will more than likely go back there for my next car! More

Great Start, Just Finished Okay Walked into the show room and met Billie, he had a great personality and was VERY well versed in the cars we were looking at. After selecting a vehicle it was difficult to get final numbers to send to our credit union, then follow up calls for various requests/ inquiries it was difficult to reach anyone that could help. Once reached everyone was helpful. but over all I would buy another car from them. More
