I have used Lindsay Lexus for many years and have always found them excellent. My recent 120 mile service was a bit frustrating due primarily, I believe, to the technology used to record the services I wan found them excellent. My recent 120 mile service was a bit frustrating due primarily, I believe, to the technology used to record the services I wanted performed. After dropping off my car, I received a list of recommendations from the service center regarding items they felt needed to be addressed. I got that via email about an hour after dropping off my car. Twice I filled out the online checklist of the services I wanted to accept, but apparently neither was received. So I went over the list telephonically with my Svc Advisor. But after all that, I still didn’t get some optional svcs (front brake replacement), but did get something I didn’t want (front end alignment). My advisor (John) was a great guy! But somehow there was just a mixup in what I wanted to have done and I blame the automated system there for that. Also, after spending so much on service, I would really have liked to get my car cleaned - we used to get that. More
