After inquiring online, I was fortunate enough to receive a follow up call from one of their Senior Salesman, Bob Fletcher. He was very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. It was a very pleasant hassle free experience. Fast-forward to October 2015, I referred a good friend, and co-worker to Lindsay Lexus who also expressed interest in purchasing an ES350. I referred her to Bob Fletcher specifically because of the excellent experience I had with him during my first purchase. My friend and I both came back to the dealership to see Bob, and to look at the new 2016 ES350 models. Needless to say, we both walked away with new vehicles that day. We also had the privilege of working with Vehicle Technical Specialist, Alex Judice. He walked us through, and explained in detail many of the new features now offered on the 2016 ES 350. He was very knowledgeable, and patient with us both. He provided lots of great information to help us fully enjoy all the new features. I would definitely recommend Lindsey Lexus to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Amazing, ask for Frank! A fantastic car buying experience with a knowledgeable and personable sales associate Frank LOVE. No haggle price and no pressure. Walked in right before closing and we were greeted by Frank, who went above and beyond and spent almost an hour after closing to really make sure we felt comfortable with our choices before we left the dealership. He took us out on the lot so we could be hands on in the driver seat while he showed us all the fantastic features Lexus has, from touch lights to navigation ... we were able to ask and answer questions about the NX200t, a newer car in the Lexus Family. To give you perspective by the time we reached Frank, we had already done our homework (been to 2 other Lexus Dealers) and were down to two cars, Mercedes GLA and Lexus NX200t. We also had a top notch employee at the Mercedes Dealer, but it came down to product. Lexus hands down all the way, for our needs, from the technology to the comfort... it was like Lexus read our minds, and so did Frank. Intuitive! It wasn't complicated, Frank made it that easy and gave us the out the door prices. The next morning he got a call from us and we purchased. No surprises, no gimmicks, he walked us through each part of the buying process while we as a couple sorted through all our stuff and finances. He had a lot of patience. Really smooth. Finally, when we left he made sure that my new Lexus was all set up and I felt comfortable with how to use all the great features. That is how business is done folks!
