Lexus Experience Started Out Well But Fell Short We've been a loyal Lexus owner for the past 23 years so my obvious first choice for a new SUV was a Lexus. My wife and I did visit and test drove othe We've been a loyal Lexus owner for the past 23 years so my obvious first choice for a new SUV was a Lexus. My wife and I did visit and test drove other SUVs from its competitors to include Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Jeep, etc. However, in the end, we opted for reliability and resale value. We decided to go with Lindsay because of Steven. Our Lexus experience with him was nothing short of excellence and professionalism. We truly enjoyed working with him; he was patient throughout our long endeavor to purchase the right SUV, the NX200t FSport. He was the only reason we stayed with Lindsay and not go with another Lexus dealership or consider one of the other luxury brands. We were intent on purchasing it outright but Steven suggested a one payment lease and highlighted its benefits. We liked the idea; however, this is where our Lexus experience went sour fast. We met with Hwan who prepared our lease agreement. His general attitude and demeanor towards us was unacceptable as a professional. In his office, we had difficulty reviewing the lease agreement on his computer screen and asked for a hardcopy. He appeared annoyed in providing it. Once we had the hardcopy for review, he was curt in his responses to our contract questions. My wife noted that the contract's vehicle agreed value was $1000 higher than agreed. He ignored her and didn't substantiate his figure. When I asked about the gap insurance clause, he couldn't find it in the contract. Since the contract did not clearly state the clause, I had to find the verbiage myself and show it to him. At one point, I asked another question, when I didn't get a response, I looked up to find him preoccupied with his personal smartphone. We left Lindsay upset and frustrated having to deal with him. The next day we advised Steven that we had changed our minds and would purchase outright rather than to go with a one payment lease so as to avoid having to deal with Hwan. When we arrived, Shawn met with us to apologize and verified that a mistake was made in the vehicle's value by $1000. Unfortunately, the purchase documents were assigned to Hwan to complete. Upon review, we found a typo in the our address on all the paperwork and had to be redone; yet again, another administrative oversight. Ironically, our Lexus experience with Hwan was the reason we decided not to lease and pivotal not to ever consider leasing again. We will likely purchase another vehicle in the near future and will buy it outright again. The only constant bright spot in our Lexus experience has been Steven and the only reason we would even consider Lindsay again to purchase another Lexus. He is a consumate professional. As difficult as it is to find the right vehicle, it is as difficult to find the right sales consultant who actually cares and willing to spend the extra time and effort to make sure his clients matches up with the right vehicle for their specific personal needs. More
New RX 450h EXACTLY how I wanted! I recently went into Lindsay Lexus and saw Nazir Jasat. I really wanted the 2015 RX Hybrid as I wasn't as impressed with the 2016 body. He set me up w I recently went into Lindsay Lexus and saw Nazir Jasat. I really wanted the 2015 RX Hybrid as I wasn't as impressed with the 2016 body. He set me up with the car I wanted and in less than 3 months, I pulled it off the lot! I didn't get out of there without the fantastic technical advice from Alex and great service deals from Barbara in finance. It only took 30 minutes for Alex to go through the main technical details and I drove away very comfortable with the car. On top of that I feel very comfortable that whenever anything happens to it, I will be given the best service at Lindsay Lexus. I know this will be my last car for a while, but whenever I do get another, if it's a Lexus, there's only one place I'm going! Thanks a million to Nazir, Alex, and Barbara! More

Upon landing at Dulles, I called the dealership about the Labor Day Specials. Immediately Mar called me back and walked me through the specials for the 2015 NX Sport I had tested drove months ago. I went directly to the dealership and walked out at 10p with my new car. Mar Roble even bought me dinner since it was after hours and stayed late to walk me through the features of my new vehicle. I will be returning to Lindsay Lexus in the future for my car buying needs! More

Outstanding customer service via PHONE! I have been having issues with my bluetooth not connecting to my new phone and using USB to charge my phone but it doesnt keep the sound from my phone I have been having issues with my bluetooth not connecting to my new phone and using USB to charge my phone but it doesnt keep the sound from my phone. So those 2 issues i had been struggling with. Called Pohanka in Chantilly 4 different times. They insisted they needed to see the car- concerned it was such a big issue, etc. it was such a far drive out I was hoping to resolve it via phone but that seemed impossible. I called Alexandria and spoke w Alex Judice- Not only did he solve my problem but he was SO helpful, nice, professional and patient. he went above & beyond in did this all in a matter of 10 minutes. Very grateful to his commitment to service & making my life easier! More

We virtually completed the deal over the course of several phone calls without every having met one another. I only met him when I came to actually pick up the car. We conducted the majority of our business over the phone, talking multiple times a day for several days to work out the large and small details. I was so impressed by his integrity, follow-through, and no-pressure approach that I ended up buying a vehicle 6 months earlier than I had originally planned. I initially sent an inquiry email just to start working some numbers and getting and idea of what CPO NX200's potentially would be in stock over the next few months. Steven was such a partner throughout the process that any reservations I had about buying "new" and buying now were laid to rest. I am now the happy owner of a 2015 Nebula Gray NX 200T and couldn't be happier. Steven gave me a complete walk through of the car's features and technology, slowly, clearly and patiently. He was very knowledgeable, and the one thing he didn't know, he admitted and went and found the answer. He never tried to goad, manipulate or scare me into the purchase. I've been a Lexus owner for over 13 years, not just because of the quality of the product but because of the outstanding customer service they're known for. Most of my experience over the years has been with the service dept - and I'm glad to see the sales Dept, with people like Steven on staff, is gold standard as well!
