Found the car on line. First time I had ever purchased a automobile on line. Flew in to Alexandria on Friday night and was at the dealership Saturday morning.Kevin and Craig had everthing ready made the exp automobile on line. My husband and I did a lot of research on the Lexus CT200H and we knew we wanted that car. We contacted our local Lexus dealership in Richmond and they were less than helpful. Not only did they have CT200H and we knew we wanted that car. We contacted our local Lexus dealership in Richmond and they were less than helpful. Not only did they have limited inventory, but they were unwilling to work with us to get the price we felt was reasonable. So I checked the web and found Lindsay Lexus. From the moment I called and spoke to Abdul, I was already treated like a valued customer. He was beyond great at helping me via phone and internet. We did all of our negotiation over the internet and he was more than willing to work with us. Not only did I get the car I wanted, but I got a fantastic price as well. He was so easy to work with that I couldn't believe how fast and easy it was to do all of this over the phone. It was definitely a great experience and it was worth the trip out of town to work with them and get the car I wanted. They are so great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone! More

12/30/11: I began internet shopping for a Lexus ES or RX early in November, 2011. The car was to be an Xmas surprise for my wife. Fortunately, Thai Tran was my internet sales associate...boy did I luck ou early in November, 2011. The car was to be an Xmas surprise for my wife. Fortunately, Thai Tran was my internet sales associate...boy did I luck out! Throughout the entire process, Thai was a straight shooter and very knowledgeable (sp) about both Lexus vehicles. As explained by a previous reviewer, he explained things to me about both cars that I was never aware of...very comprehensively, as well, and in layman's terms!!! Thai was very personable and a very good listener; he worked with me in a positive fashion throughout the entire 2-month "secret" car-buying experience. He had a genuine interest in my purchase and in me (customer satisfaction) without any of the "dealer pressures" associated with this profession. Thai also introduced me to his sales manager during my first visit to Lindsay Lexus in December; he and Thai were both extremely personable and honest with their figures. In closing, my purchase and experience with Thai and Lindsay Lexus was extremely smooth, seamless, and customer friendly. I would recommend Thai to anyone...along with this dealership. Bob was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable about cars and internet programs which is important to me because I knew exactly what car I am buying. I have leased three Lexus' from this dealership. Working with Mr. Utuk was a pleasure in the last two leased vehicles. He is meticulous, but does not get bogged down in the details. Thai was great to deal with. He is very knowledgeable about cars which is important to me because I typically know more about the car I am buying than the salesperson and in this instance he knew everyth about cars which is important to me because I typically know more about the car I am buying than the salesperson and in this instance he knew everything about the car and then some. We traded in a 2008 GX470 for a new 2012 GX460 and the transaction was very easy. He got us the exact car we wanted with nothing we didn't want. We were in a hurry and we were in and out of there in an hour and after the dealership closed he stayed around until we got everything situated in our new car, including our kid's car seats, and were ready to leave which was after everyone else at the dealership already left for the night. We got a great deal and hope to buy more cars from him in the future. More
