These guys were great. I went in to get a bigger car as we are expecting our third child. I also have two small kids at home so getting to the dealership is difficult. Joe showed up at the house with a 2011 Lexus LS 460 AWD and took my car to Lexus for an appraisal. He just let us drive the LS 460 around. We didn't like this one as we wanted the upgraded stereo system. Joe came back with another car in a few days. Then we negotiated a great price with Joe and Tim Robinson. Tim was also fantastic and we reached a good deal. Picking the car up went smoothly and Joe even stopped by my house with a package I had left in the old car that night. Great business. I highly recommend! More

Abdul was very quick to answer emails and phone calls before I bought the car. When I tried to contact him after the fact to get my temporary deposit refunded on my credit card (after I was promised it before I bought the car. Says he will do things and does not follow through. As for the dealership, not impressed in the least bit. The General Manager is rude and abrupt and very unprofessional. Regret visiting and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Don't make the same mistake I did and purchase a car there!! More

Once I entered my request through USAA, Abdul Tayyab called me and had my car for me in two days. I put a deposit on the car and the car was waiting for me when I arrived. Abdul was very responsive to all of my e-mails and questions. He was really easy to work with and did not make me feel pressured at all. On October 30, 2011, I visited Linsay Lexus of Alexandria, not yet sure if I was actually in the market for a pre-owned Lexus but looking nonetheless. I was promply greeted by Mark Coleman. Alth Alexandria, not yet sure if I was actually in the market for a pre-owned Lexus but looking nonetheless. I was promply greeted by Mark Coleman. Although, I expressed to Mark that I was simply looking with no decision to yet trade-in my 2004 Lexus GS-300, he still took the time to walk the car lot with me and show me their selection car by car as I was interested. It was a very refreshing and welcoming experience. During this same visit there, I also had the pleasure of meeting Ace Rezai, Pre-owned Sales Manager, whom was also very accomodating. The next day I did return and purchase a 2008 ES-350 with only 12K on the odometer!!! I was treated very professionally and fairly, without all the pressure to purchase at Linday Lexus of Alexandria. Our salesperson Thai Tran took his time with us and was patient - to be sure we got the right car for our needs. The finance department was a pleasure to deal with as well. We never felt pressured. He took us through the financial contract and extended warranty portion, which we also purchased, with expert care and professionalism. I can honestly say that although we live a little over an hour drive away, we would not hesitate to return to Lindsay to purchase another vehicle in the future.
