After a couple of visits to this dealer, and interactions with about a many other Lexus dealers all over the east coast, we decided to purchase from Lindsay Lexus. They has a $2500 additional dealer markup, with about a many other Lexus dealers all over the east coast, we decided to purchase from Lindsay Lexus. They has a $2500 additional dealer markup, but all I had to do was ask to not pay it and they agreed. So I got an MSRP plus taxes and fees deal, which I think is fair in this crazy market. There were no silly mandatory dealer installed accessories either. Our salesperson Petie was knowledgable and not pushy during our interactions. I was really only unhappy with two things: 1) When I asked for a buyers order over email, the sales manager Josh accidentally replied to me instead of another staff member saying "This guy....". It was super off putting and shows how many dealership staff don't respect their customers. I'm pretty sure I didn't deserve that. 2) There are some very light scratches from when the vehicle was washed prior to customer delivery, but I can buff those out. 99% of people would never notice them. Overall I'm happy with the purchase process and would buy from them again. We are first time Lexus owners and are really enjoying the product so far. More
