Went for simple oil change. It took about 15 minutes to get the car checked-in, then almost an hour while I waited for a “rental” loaner. This was with an appointment. A Chevy Malibu that smelled like smoke and 5 different gallons of men’s cologne, but the bonus was the sticky steering wheel.
