We have lived in 5 major US cities since buying our first Lexus and Lindsay needs to invest in the facilities and space soon. We’ll see how good the loaner program is and see if there any bonuses for our local purchase but our comparison to other Lexus dealers makes it a solid 3 stars (minus one star for pricing and minus one star for facilities). Significant Price Padding on Service On Jan 8, 2019 I took my 2010 RX350 in for service to replace the rear latch which was inoperable. I was charged $630 for the latch part AND 2 1/2 ho On Jan 8, 2019 I took my 2010 RX350 in for service to replace the rear latch which was inoperable. I was charged $630 for the latch part AND 2 1/2 hours of labor to install @ 149/hour....over $1000. While this repair was in progress I independently went to my Lexus dealer in Orlando and received a firm quote of $475 for the latch part AND 1HOUR LABOR TO INSTALL @ $145/hour or $620. Dennis from Lindsay finally called me 30 hours after my initial call and the more he spoke the more his story changed. In the end he suggested I take my vehicle to another dealer. I have stopped payment of the credit card bill until I receive a reasonable explanation. More

We had just come from the Audi dealership where we had a good experience but were sold when we met with the team at Lindsay. Kobina Walker was our sales person and came to meet us within a few minutes of us walking in and asking to speak with someone (we didn't make an appointment). He listened to what we wanted, got us in a car quickly for a test drive, and then worked for a few hours with us on the purchase. The service and overall experience at the dealership was extremely positive and based on what our friends and neighbors have also told us about Lindsday, the service will be great too. More
