Lou Brown, manager for the Upgrade program, worked with me and provided me with different options that met my needs. I also worked with Carlo Genao, Sales and Leah Kim with Finance to complete the process in getting a new Rx350. Carlo took the time and explained to me all the features about the Rx350 and patiently answered all my questions. He was an awesome salesman and went over and beyond to make sure I was ok with the deal and not to m I bought my RX350 on 07/28 from Mr. Aaron Taylor. He was an awesome salesman and went over and beyond to make sure I was ok with the deal and not to mention I had my two year old and my seven year old with me. The deal was quick and easy. Mr.Taylor was also able to keep me focus as I went in for the 2016 but mid way through the deal I was going back and forth between the 16 & the 15. He kept telling me lets get you in what you wanted first and if it doesn't work for some odd reason then we can look into the 2015. By the time I was finish my kids feel in love with the salesman. All around he was AWESOME!!! More
