I purchased an SUV last I recently visited Linday Lexus of Alexandria and asked for Kevin Johnson by name. I requested to test drive a used Lexus SUV. I purchased an SUV last year, in 2016, through Kevin and he treated my wife and I with the utmost honesty and courtesy. He was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles I was interested in test driving. He answered all my questions and offered no haggle service. I was offered a fair and reasonable price for my trade and was given an additional warranty above and beyond the new car warranty. Negative Equity Resolved I was a co-owner on a vehicle which carried a ballon payment at the end of the contract. Unfortunately the owner fell in financial difficulties and could not make the payments, which made me responsible for the debt. I was desperate for a sultion as I was currently making payments on my own vehicle. I could not afford both payments. After much prayer, I reached out to Mr. Todd Banks, Sales & Leasing Consultant at Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria. Mr. Banks was great, he solved the problem the same day and I drove away in a brand new Lexus SUV.
