I met Bruce when my daughter brought her 2013 Beetle I met Bruce when my daughter brought her 2013 Beetle convertible in for her 2 week diagnostic check up, back in late September. When I had a problem I met Bruce when my daughter brought her 2013 Beetle convertible in for her 2 week diagnostic check up, back in late September. When I had a problem with my 2008 beetle I called and made an appointment with Bruce directly as I was very impressed with him earlier in my dealings with him. After I called for the appointment and expalined what the problems were, Bruce went ahead and spoke to the mechanic direct so that when I came to the dealership on Saturday he had an idea what might be causing the problem. He took the car in and had it looked at and repaired before 3:00 PM that afternoon. In additioon he also contacted me about two other issues that he got my concurrance on to fix and he also offered to change the oil which was coming due in late OCtober. This is a valuable service represenative that you have there. He is knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable having your car fixed at a dealership. Damian Ruppert More

I went there a few days and Paul, the service manager was the one who assisted me. He was equally professional and extremely understanding. Maurice, with their parts department, also went the extra mile to recommend a parts dealer who may have in stock a part I urgently needed. He didn't spin me by saying I should come back the next day etc because only the dealer had that part. I highly recommend them. More

I had a few issues with my car as well that Bruce was able to resolve without any hassle and they were fixed promptly. He provided me with a loaner car for the day, which was very helpful since I had some errands to run and I was able to do them while I waited for my car to be fixed. The customer service he provides is top notch and I wouldn't want to do business with anyone else. More

Simon was very personalable, non pushy and a pleasure to work with. He worked with us to ensure we had want we wanted and worked with us on our timeframe. He was responsive to our concerns. The dealership just lost a service customer. My 2010 passat will be out of warranty in about 2 months.Today I stopped by after I had wanted to purchase a new set of rubber mats because they were coming passat will be out of warranty in about 2 months.Today I stopped by after I had wanted to purchase a new set of rubber mats because they were coming apart between the ridges in just two years. The lady at VW indicated that the accessories have the same warranty as rest of the car and to stop by. My mat was inspected by the Lindsey crack warranty team and determined that VW will decide upon examining the mat. They took pictures of the mat. Shame on you Lindsey, for treating like that for a piece of rubber mat. I was scheduling a DSG oil change, and I stopped when I heard the verdict of your crack team and decided that this place is not going to get my business anymore. Frankly the person who made this decisions should be fired, he did not saves you the cost of the rubber mat for Lindsey but service $$$$ since the car is about to go out of warranty. This should be used as an example for training your employee. Good luck in your future. More
I am surprised to see him smile in this picture since I have never seen him smile to me or any other customer. This guy behaves like he owns the place. I have been to Lindsay VW several times to service my car and each I met him, he always answered negatively to all my requests. Here are a few of his lines: - we are too busy this week to take your car in for servicing. - we are fully booked for this week. - etc. He is always giving negative answers. But when I speak to someone like Robbie or Mathhew, they are quick to suggest a date and time for me to take my car in for servicing. AVoid him. I usually like to deal with agents like Robbie(who unfortunately left the company). Now my favorite agent is Matthew. He is nice and very helpful, though not a Robbie, he is cool and very friendly. I came in to have my car service and decided to walk around the lot looking at New & Used vehicles. I drove away in 2008 SUV 4 wheel drive V6 less than 24,000 miles and left my 2006 Passat V6 under 50,000 miles! Larry was very helpful as well. I have and will continue to recommend Lindsay to others. I'm truly enjoying the ride. More
I went in for service and also spoke to Lisan Rahman about a 2012 Beetle. I am going to wait for the convertible to come out BUT Lisan was professional and courteous and knowledgeable.
