Since I have been the owner of the f150, ive had a few issues that I had address and the issues were taken care of in a timely manner. I purchased the extended power train warranty so literally I drive wi issues that I had address and the issues were taken care of in a timely manner. I purchased the extended power train warranty so literally I drive with confidence knowing any mager issues will be repaired. However I do not recommend going to link ford service department do to they were going to charge me almost 600 dollars on issues I were told will be taken care of and the 200 dollar deductible would be paid by link dodge jeep because its in the first 90 days of owning it. And they charged me the 200 and they didnt fix anything I had them address . All they did was confirm the issues I brought up.also I spent almost all day there waiting for them to fix the truck. I live an hour away and with thier rental agreement if I were to drive home it would have cost me because of the mileage I would have had to put on the car. One more thing, i was never reimbursed the 200 dollars for the deductible I was told link was covering because its within the first 90 days. I did make a call to get that figured out but I guess it must have been forgotten about. Which I know they didnt forget. But other than that its a good place to buy a vehicle More
