Stopped for an oil change. Checked in at 2:40 for a 3:00 appointment. They took my truck in at 3:00. At 5:45 they came to the waiting room to get me. An hour and 45 minutes for Checked in at 2:40 for a 3:00 appointment. They took my truck in at 3:00. At 5:45 they came to the waiting room to get me. An hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. I won't be going back there for my next oil change. More

The only concern we had throughout the 2 service appointments we experienced was a lack of communication. The tracking link on service order wasn't updated so I had to continue to call. To be fair, appointments we experienced was a lack of communication. The tracking link on service order wasn't updated so I had to continue to call. To be fair, the error code didn't repeat itself and the issue happened just prior to Thanksgiving. Service writers dialogued well when questioned and Techs used a logical process throughout. More
