First, let me say that we sincerely apologize for the issues you have described in this review. We did discover that we were given a rate from your bank that ended up not being the rate you were provided. Unfortunately, we can only go by the information provided by your bank at the time of purchase. Again, we apologize for the miscommunication from your bank and ask that you speak directly with them to have any updates done to your account.

My problem was not with the bank. I had talked to a bank representative, established an interest rate and terms. I was told to get the vin and model and they would set it up. I told the salesman that the bank need the vin and he said, yes, we'll get it to them, we do business with them all the time. His intervention changed the loan from a direct loan which I had secured, to an indirect loan, which changed the interest rate and amount of the loan. T his covered the dealer's fee I assume. This information should have been made known and the lack of it appears deceptive. When I inquired, the bank graciously lowered the interest rate but could not change the amount of the loan which increased the payment.
