I wish I could give 10 stars, Vanessa and Kelly go above and beyond for service every time I come in for service, but especially this time. I had an existing issue due to incompetence from another shop, and and beyond for service every time I come in for service, but especially this time. I had an existing issue due to incompetence from another shop, and I immediately went to Lipscomb (as I should have done in the first place) to have this issue corrected. Not only was the service manager able to take time out of his schedule to personally see to my issue and have it diagnosed, but they were able to immediately hop on it and had my truck fixed in more than a timely manner. Not to mention that constant communication I have between Kelly and Vanessa my service advisor as far as status on my vehicle and other things they may see I need done. Definitely a forever customer here! More

Overall there is not enough good that I can say about my service advisor Vanessa and the whole team. From the very beginning, the professionalism, knowledge and overall customer satisfaction was top notch f service advisor Vanessa and the whole team. She answered all my questions and kept me updated with text messages as well as phone calls to let me know the status of my vehicle. She will definitely be my go to service advisor next time I need any work done on my vehicle. Everyone is super attentive, professional, and there to make you feel at home while your vehicle is being serviced. I would recommend to anyone to use lipscomb for all there dodge, Chrysler and jeep services. More

Brought my Ram in. They replaced the head gaskets and a couple other things. My truck only made it 40 miles out of town and cost me $5000.
